We have received the answers to the question that we have posed to you through our Encrypted Diplomatic Channels. After talking things through, it is the joint decision of the Council of Founders that the following take place in reguards to the Axis Commonwealth's involvement in this matter:

1: The Axis Commonwealth will remain Neutral in this conflict as of this current date.
2: Both Parties will agree to refrain from any sort of Armed Conflict (Proxy War, Full Out War) for the time.
3. Both Parties will agree to let the Axis Commonwealth host a peace conference:
3.1: This will take place at the headquarters of the Axis Commonwealth.
3.2: Security will be provided by the Host Nation:
3.2.1: This will be in the form of the SCS Division of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps.
3.2.2: There will be NO outside Security/Armed Forces allowed within the Host Nation.
3.2.3: Delegations will not be allowed to possess any sort of weapons.
3.2.3.1: For entry into the Peace Conference, Delegates WILL be searched using full body scans as well as metal detectors.
3.2.4: Failure to follow these rules will result in Delegates being arrested under Shazbotdom Law.
