If the people reject liberal burgeois democracy than certanly it would not had to do with the current CPU as their primarly goal is to rebuild the USSR or any association with Russia. The CPU is primarly a party of Soviet nostalgics. Socialism cones for them after uniting Russia.

A whole different case would be if the CPU would say "Yeah, we want socialism but in our country without any foreign help from outside. We want to overthrown tge burgeois here in Ukraine and we dont need Putib for that".
Ask your self how does supporting the Russian rebels has anything to do with overthrowing the burgoise? I don't see a link between the two.

I see a link in that if you support the Russian invader, you're playing right into the hands of the oligarchs like Akhmetov and the remnants of the old nomenklatura.

No, he was removed illegally, because there wasn't enough votes to cast him down. But, of course, for concerned Westerners so well versed in what is legal and what is now, such peice of paper as constitution of the Ukraine means nothing.

Yanukovych dumped documents in the Dnipro river before fleeing to Russia via Kharkiv and Crimea, so was unable to fulfil he constitutional duties as President. As newly elected Chairperson of Parliament Oleksandr Turchynov was the able to assume the powers of the Presidency and sign amendments to the constitution and put a date on Presidential elections.

There is a topic here. Granted, there are a lot of ins and outs with it. But individuals involved here are NOT the topic of this thread, or any others started subsequently. There's been a lot of bs tossed back and forth, a lot of rampant nationalism running wild, and a metric fuckton of propaganda flying about on all sides here.

I think what we're gonna do is restart this up, with a cautionary intro, and see how y'all handle it from there. I'm afraid the stinking piles y'all made of this thread are more or less irretrievable at this point. I'd pondered splitting out the junk, but there's simply too much of it. And it's interspersed in ways that well ... ain't worth my time to do. So. Keep yer shorts on and we'll get something going again. Lets not have it devolve into personal nastiness again, shall we?
