Greetings, Nations of the world. Welcome to the Saigonian International Embassy Program. We, as a nation are peaceful and we would like to establish as many alliances as possible, be it trade, military, or even just an international friendship between Nations. We do have a few rules to think about when applying.

1.Our limits on diplomatic immunity are reached when the diplomat from whichever country commits a heinous and violent crime such as rape or murder. The punishment for those kinds of offenses would be immediate deportation to their home country after a trial in the diplomatic court.

2. The maximum number of political staff that can be brought along is ten.

3. The maximum number of security staff that can be brought is twenty.

4. Transportation must be noticeable, but simple. (No street clearing brigades or anything that could potentially harm bystanders).

Soon after the "democratic" brother came to power he began to consolidate power and Hank began to voice he opposition. To silence him his brother made him a diplomat and sent him off, Hank fears for his safety though and shows it in his defense measures.
