Bialiya's First Female Ruler was Queen Mahdokht of Bialiya. Bialiya never had a real Queen, so her ascension was incredibly controversial. because of her age, her Uncle, Prince Daoud, was sworn in as Regent, and she reigned for 9 years from 1963-1971, having abdicated the throne to her cousin, Prince Farzad.

Prezidanto Nadia Zelenkov was the leader of the USSR form 1984-1996, originally a high ranking member of the Ministerio pri Ŝtata Sekureco (MSS) she was elected by the General Secretary of the Komunista Partio de Sovetunio John Smithington and the Supera Soveto de Sovetunio due to her impressive organisational skills and heart for justice. She ruled with an iron fist killing all the political opponents which were discovered , however as she advanced the USSR in terms of welfare, wages, working conditions, education, health and entertainment to levels which dwarfed the other nations of the world.

She was the mastermind behind the 2nd Sino-Soviet War, a war where an estimated 300 million Chinese died and Northern China and Korea were added to the USSR. Soviet losses were a mere 41 000 in total. She is best know however for lifting the Soviet people up to having one of the highest living standards in the world, considerably better than the Americans even.

On a flight en route to Japan to discuss a new trade agreement her airship was shot down by a group of thousands of young christians who had escaped the purges and founded a settlement in China (they called themselves the Jesus Youth, a neo-nazi christian youth gang) armed with anti-aircraft artillery and missiles (from China) they shot down her 600 metre long airship out of nowhere along with 3 fighters, the airship was saved along with the majority of the crew and passengers though one of the missile had hit her cabin blasting her to several thousand pieces (rumours have it that she survived), the Jesus Youth were decimated by 4 Heavy Attack Airships (who arrived an hour later) and the survivors were rounded up and sent to GULAGs. In retaliation for China aiding the Jesus Youth Shanghai was bombed and China was forced to sign a contract promising never to develop nuclear weapons.

She is actually the second most revered leader of the USSR, after Comrade Alexander of course and there is an annual day of celebration every year on the anniversary of her rise to power.

Before Tie Laohu took absolute power, Zhao Yi modernized the nation, without adding democracy. She liberalized many strict laws, reformed the economy and she allowed open criticism from the people. When Tie Laohu became Chairman of the People's Defense Council in late 2013 and took absolute power, many of Zhao Yi's liberalized laws were removed and those who criticized the government disappeared. Zhao Yi still retains her position as General Secretary of the People's Party while Tie Laohu has full control of the nation.
