Pycckar npobnhunr, which is russian for Russian Province. It is close to the real translation which is, Русская провинция.

In December 2009, russia sent to expand their lands for more oil resources and more steel resources. After angering the americans during deliberate terrorist bombings on major cruise ships and the hold up of major buildings.

The russian colonies settled in the new lands, and immediatly set up shop. They built large temporary huts until they could start with large cities. They dropped down vehicles, and tools, and the last of the steel and oil.

About a month later, the premier of russia had a deadline for resources to be sent to russia, once those resourcer were never recieved, the premier was angry and demanded them. Pycckar Npobnhunr couldn't supply them at that time, or they would freeze that winter. The premier of russia threatened to send military personel to watch over the small community, they had no other option. They delivered the demands required, and it was soon coming to winter, and the premier was ordering more supplies for that coming October, in about 13 months. The small nation had a large meeting. The council had to decide on how to deal with this issue.

After about 3 straight days of debate in the town hall, they came to a decision, they must break away from the large russia, and start as an independant nation, and since most of them were white russians trying to escape russian grasps, they made the nation right wing republic. They made russian and english the two main languages, and required all citizens to know them, so they can understand how others spoke.

It was kept as Pycckar Npobnhunr, due to the fact that it was already notified to other nations it had become independant, and didn't want to show instability.

They started off by building a large steel and stone wall around three cities.

The russians haven't attacked, but they are planning for the attack, and are getting aid from The Holy Empire of Awac States and The Capitalist Oligarchy of Malontock

Yeah, and there have still been a few break offs from Russia so far, many euro countries and Georgia.

Pycckar Nphobnhunr is in great need of tanks and air craft. We have some Awac states planes, helis, and tanks, but are still short, and a few Malontockite tanks and planes.

Pycckar (OOC: Pycckar is short and is fine to say,,, IC-) will gladly give you oil. Here is a map of Pycckar Nphobnhunr. The oil fields are marked with - - - - - - dashes. Those in pink are those that have not been tampered with and you are welcome to mine from them until December 2050. The oilfields already being mined from are in yellow. iron rich areas are in red dashes. and oilfields not being mined from are in pink. Pycckar will also send you extra steel not used every November 1st. We would not be building in the winter, it gets extremely cold, and the steel will be ruined with the weather. So, you are welcome to have that every November 1st until 2025.

I hope you accept our extra agreement in return for military weapons and items. We know there will be an attack, we just know it wont be large, russia doesn't want to get into a major conflict again.

Attack On Pycckar Npobnhunr
The Russians Have Finally Done It!
President Александр Сакалов, has announced today that the russians have started an invasion of Pycckar Npobnhunr. The fort that covers the three main cities has soldiers on call. But, the trade agreement hasn't been signed yet, leaving Pycckar with only the resources from Awac States and Malontock, which isn't much.

The russians are advancing from the west and north, heading east and south. Александр Сакалов has asked that all citizens move south east, into the country side, for protection.

The russians coming from the north have already made it to the large defensive wall around the three cities. The river that ran through the wall through the cities and out the outher wall was gated up, and had to be maintained so it doesn't poison the water supply, but the russians have blocked it off. Snipers are placed on the top of the wall, but the russians then started building a dam with the dead. The little water that got through was excessively poluted. Water supply trucks have cautiously came from the south east to aid, but have come dangerously close to the russians and may not be able to come in one peice for much longer.

Иван Морозов 'Ivan Morozov', the minister of defence, has declared a state of emergancy. The Pycckarian 'defcon' is [1], a state of diare emergancy. Citizens are dying, and Pycckar is soon going to have to resort to primative warfare unless help comes.

Pycckar has enough soldiers, but, is low on supplies, such as planes, tanks, naval ships, and ammo.

So far, a small group of soldiers had to resort to putting bayonets ond the end of medal poles and attacking the russians at night. But, 9/10 of every soldier that goes out for a night time bayonet mission don't make it home.

RPGs and C4 explosives are also needed.

I'm requesting that we use these cannons to try to take out foot soldiers. We have snipers and archers placed on the wall, and a tank or two on the outside, but we cannot hold it. We need reinforcements. I cannot write anymore. I'm on the front lines, they're coming!
