I'm aware. But I feel this is going to turn into another Netherlands prostitution debate.

Still, I was critiquing the statement of all immigration being automatically good, implied white market of no. If you'd like I can switch the argument to driving down wages.

We came. We conquered. It's been done. Was it bad? Was it good? Debatable.

But why is it hypocritical for us to want to preserve our identity and culture? Is the only way for us to be accepted is if we go the way of your people and cave into the immigrants?

Again I'm talking about the modern era, Americans seem to have no problem with immigrating without permission into say the Black Hills, which legally doesn't really belong to America, and disregarding Lakota culture but when some non-white people do the same thing in America to a much lesser extent then it's this terrible thing.

Immigrants are disregarding American identity and culture? I don't see that at all in my stomping grounds which are full of Mexican and Chinese immigrants, legal and not. Also it wasn't merely immigration America was doing, it was invasion, to say the two are the same is asinine and America as a nation is built on doing this and continues to do this and start bitching when people they don't consider white come into the country and try to assimilate.
