Brian Checkinns,the right-hand-man of Ferder Villessy,has arrived in Ferder's personal airplane,along with 20 SSP(State Security and Protection) agents,all armed with M4A1's and Deagles.Brian got off the plane,and the SSP agents formed a circle around him,all of them looking for potential threats at all times,as they all walked towards the exit.

As soon as they reached the exit,they began waiting to be greeted by any comrade from Jichang.

Comrade Alexander's private Airbus A380 touched down in Xi'san Airport, it taxied off the runway and over to the area where planes taxi over to. The big aircraft door opened as a big metal aircraft ladder was pushed over, several dozen Red Guards stepped down the stairs and onto the tarmac, behind them came Comrade Alexander, General Secretary of the Unio de Sovetaj Socialismaj Respublikoj. They walked together to a door in the terminal building where an airport staff member was waiting, the staff member opened the door and they walked into a special waiting room in the airport.

Zero. That single word was the personification of the circumstances faced by the Communist Party URE.

Zero seats in the Senate. Zero in the House. No state governorships. Not a single stake in even upper or lower houses of state legislatures. Often described as irrelevant to the modern Emmerian political scene, CPURE had little to go off of. A party that claimed its opposition to major corporations (which, of course, dominated the Emmerian economic environment) was flying to Jichang on a flight chartered from Emmeria's largest airline, Union Air, on a commercial passenger aircraft built by Praxis, an unbelievably massive aerospace and defense firm. The plane's occupants took with them a personal security detail acquired under contract from Apex Security, a private security company; the guards were armed and equipped with tactical gear they purchased with their lucrative contract bonuses.

Mitchell Adams, a senior ideological advisor for the CPURE, sighed as he contemplated these unfortunate factors and shifted in his seat. The arrangements for this meeting had been made out of practicality, not with strict regard for principle. It was a plain fact that, due to the poor economic environment in Jichang for international commercial airlines, no Emmerian airline had any routes to Jichang's airports. And because of the distance between the United Republic and Jichang, a larger long-range passenger liner was required—aircraft only operated by major international airlines. Private security was chosen because even though the providers were what some would call "dirty capitalists interested solely in profit", they did what they were paid for: utilize their (admittedly) advanced skill set in providing quality personal protection for nothing but a paycheck.

The entire situation was bizarre to Adams. Here he was, a lower class construction worker whose annual salary barely scraped above the U.R. poverty line, sitting in the first class of a privately chartered jet. He wasn't the type to enjoy the lavish comforts and superfluous meals that the airline's pointlessly amenable attendants pushed in his face. Adams considered himself a simple man. It was this reason he decided not to watch films on the aircraft's comprehensive entertainment system, or even blast music through the airline's active noise-cancelling headphones.

Instead, he found himself mulling over current events from his home country, the United Republic of Emmeria. Just a week ago, two gunmen, both who happened to be members of the CPURE, had held hostages in a remote country town's bank. It was their way of protesting the bank's national policies. Both were killed by police snipers after a seven-hour standoff. It was the first violent protest a member of the CPURE partook in in years, and the first to be openly condemned by the party. Protests—some violent in nature—were largely the reason much of the party's membership once consisted (and probably still did) of informants for the nation's federal investigation agency, the Criminal Investigation Division (CID). In the modern era, the CPURE had distanced itself from the violent revolutionary parties of the underdeveloped world, as part of a comprehensive revamping of its platform in the 1990s. Officially, the party now opposed violent revolution, but its most conservative (i.e. Stalinist) fringes still stuck to those long lost concepts.

Distancing himself from that thought, Adams considered the current mission. This was the first time in the modern era that CPURE was participating in an international meeting. The policy transformation of the 90s had forced the party to isolate itself from foreign influence (partially to eliminate the need for the nation's law enforcement agencies to watch the party so closely), and it was finally establishing its position relative to the rest of the world's communist parties.

This particular mission was led by a man named Jake Tapper, a hotshot coal miner and political science major from New Vienna (a mining town in the United Republic), who had joined the party just months previously and accelerated through the ranks for reasons Adams didn't fully understand. Tapper was an interesting fellow; at times, he didn't seem to fully understand communist philosophy, but at others, knew more about communism's history than even the party's leaders. It was these bursts of intellectual brilliance that prompted his rapid rise through the party's ranks. And besides, with only 2,000 members nationally, CPURE desperately needed every skill set it could possibly acquire.

As their plane neared the destination, Adams took a deep breath. He understood that most communist parties in the world really did not adhere to communism's true philosophy. That was why allegations of poor civil rights rang clear and true regarding countries like Jichang, Kakov, Cirpany—all of which were part of this conference. It was this major issue CPURE wished to iron out: where on the political scale did it fit compared to these abominations of its treasured ideology?

Shortly after the aircraft landed, Adams and the rest of the team gathered their belongings to disembark. A small security detail would remain on the plane, but most of the bodyguards—dressed in black, gray, or blue suits much like those worn by the CPURE's delegation—would accompany the delegates into the conference. As they left the aircraft, they were greeted by Jichang's security personnel, and proceeded through the country's customs.

Xi Yanchang personally welcomed all delegates from the communist parties at the Airport.
An bus is waiting at the parking area of Terminal 1 to pick up the delegates and bring them to the City.
He also stated: 'This is an great day for Communism, as well as an great day for the Communist Party of Jichang'.

"Greetings comrade" said Comrade Alexander to Xi Yanchang, "I am grateful of having the honour of visiting this fine nation. He signalled to an aide on his left who opened a golden box and carefully took out a red silk cloth with something in it, carefully while wearing gloves the aide handed Xi Yanchang the parcel.

He also said 'Welcome to the People's Republic of Jichang!!'
Then he guided the delegates to the bus which will bring them to the building where the actual Meeting will happen.
Yanchang gave everyone an cup of fresh coffee to relax after the flight.

Brother No. 20 had been staying in the shadows since the Revolution, but his guidance of operative institutions at the People's Committee of Foreign Affairs was instrumental in establishing a strong bond between military, intelligence and diplomatic channels when it came to foreign policy. The International Meeting of Communist Parties was a good platform to begin the outward expansion of the Leftist Agrarian Revolutionary Party and increasing Bulgarian influence globally.

The PCFA had given him directives to try and establish as many connections with foreign Communist and Socialist parties as possible and use economic and military means to aid the Revolutionary struggle. Economic cooperation in various fields was much sought after; on the other hand, the Second Economic Committee and NPLA military instructors could be a good bartering chip for those parties and groups in need to strengthen their domestic positions.

Number 20 was confident that the conference would yield many benefits as he was on his way to the conference.

The party grew quickly, and by 1949 the CPC had defeated Kuomintang in a 10-year civil war, thus leading to the establishment of the People's Republic.

"I am looking forward to our meeting Comrade, I hope it shall be a productive and mutually beneficial conference for us all" Comrade Alexander said as he brought the coffee cup up to his mouth and pretended to take a sip.

A Zhouranese Boeing 777-300ER, carrying General Secretary Zhao Yi, arrived in Xi'san Airport, after a short flight from Dongjing, Riben Province. Zhao Yi arrived late because of sickness. She stepped outside, wearing a business suit for women. About 6 agents from the State Intelligence Department also stepped outside, escorting Zhao Yi.

Zhao Yi's visit to Jichang was not mentioned in state media. Tie Laohu ordered the media not to mention anything about the visit. He did this because he wanted Zhouran to be seen as a powerful, self-reliant communist state. Also, Tie Laohu wanted to lead the revolution by himself, since he hates competitions with fellow communist nations.

We are pleased to see the progress of the world workers revolution in Jichang and we are most deeply honored to be able to look forward to working with you, comrade, to free the proletariat and institute world communism. Comrade Bessarionivich went to a chair and picked up a box. He opened it and presented Xi a sash with orpheys of Nechko Polin, Mikhail Alexandrovich, Trotsky, Marx, Lenin, and Mao.

While inside the airport terminal, Zhao Yi took a folder out of her bag. The folder contains documents about Jichang and participating communist nations in the meeting. Before leaving for Jichang, Tie Laohu ordered Zhao Yi to bring Jichang and participating communist nations into Zhouran's sphere of influence, as part of Zhouran's rising power, which grows steadily.

Zhao Yi decided to tour the city of Xi'san. She went outside and ordered a taxi. As the taxi drives through the streets, Zhao Yi took out her camera and began taking photos.

[Single-Party Socialist State of China]

President Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party accompanied by 15 Central Security Bureau agents left Beijing International Airport. They boarded the Presidential Aircraft escorted by six People's Liberation Army Airforce fighter aircrafts and headed toward the International Meeting of Communist Parties.

The plane landed and President Xi stepped out, waved to the press and media, then headed into the terminal to greet fellow Communist nations.
