It was a turbulent month for the Sultanate, Protest had paralyzed the nation all over the idea of Democracy and Representation. Several political attributed to this protest but the biggest being the United Communist Party which promoted a style of Councilism while another strong group in the protest was the United Islamic Front a Salafi group dedicated to the establishment of an Islamic Republic with the territory that currently makes up the Sultanate.

The UCP wishes to establish a Communist Government with many characteristics of other Communistic states but they follow the idea of Councilism and is opposed to the ideals of the UIF and it's goals. Currently the UCP in strong in larger cities and areas of Sufi and Shia Majority with several Sunni areas under its control while the UIF is strong in the countryside where Sunni Islam is dominant.

Other minority organizations in the nation Include the Far-Right Christian Solidarity League which looks to help establish a Democratic System and find themselves on the side of the United Communist Party in an effort to establish a Democracy. While the Kurdish Independence League looks to Establish a Kurdish state separate from the Sultanate. Another minority organization is the Ba'ath Party of Zajiksran which finds much of its strength in the south and pockets of strongholds in the west.

Although there are hundreds of other organizations but these are the major players both nationally and regionally.

The Square was packed with people of which most where communist and assembled in front of the Royal Palace, it had started out as peaceful but has now turned into a major and violent riots just outside the Royal Palace. After hours of containment efforts the Royal Guard who are in control of the Stationed Riot Control United in and around the Palace have called for an armed response.

Members of the Royal Guard armed with Zastava M21 Assault Rifles and Pecheneg Machine Guns fired on protesters from firing position on the Palace and other buildings around the Square. The only street that could act as a way out of the Square was blocked off by the Royal Guard who also shot at the protestors. The firing lasted only 10 minutes but after in all out of 98,000 almost 2,000 people have died in this outbreak of Violance.

Just hours after the attack the UCP, CSL, BPZ and other organization have formed the January Front an armed organization which aims to overthrow the Sultan and form a multi-party democracy. The KIL has also stated its wish to fight for a Independent Kurdish Nation while the UIF has called for war against the Sultanate in order to form the Islamic Republic of Zajikstan.

Currently the Royal Armed Forces have started to attack Opposition strong holds throughout the nation.

As war begins to rear it's ugly head, Empress Oskillate puts measures forth to stop the war in it's tracks. A few hours after undercover agents from within the nation of Zajikstan reported to mass killing, the Empress has signed off on Operation: Sideswipe. 4 Futrellian stealth choppers have been dispatched carrying four N7 teams of 5 to begin operations within the country. The teams are as follows:

Squad India, Team leader is callsign Scarecrow
Squad Delta, Team leader is callsign Sandman
Squad Hotel, Team leader is callsign Waste
Squad Grizzly, Team leader is callsign Butch (Operation Leader)
The helicopters will fly low and under enemy radar and approach from the most secluded section of the nation.

It was a dark and starry night as the first bullets were fired in this new war. I was armed with an old PM md. 63 as a small group of my men formed around me in the wear house located in the north. We had RZAF soldiers entering from the Zyhiri Road in the south where from reports we have is where the 2nd Mechanized Division while the 1st and 12th Infantry unites came in through the east.

As far as I knew no air support was coming in so we at least had a chance to fight back. We were all armed with different weapons but for the most part they were AKM style rifles with a few Western Battle Riffles like the FN FAL and G3. We also had RPK's as other Soviet style weapons. However our best asset were some RPG-32's which we would use against the T-72's, BVP M-80's, Lazar BVT's, and BTR-D's. We had at least some sort of way to fight back against the Government forces giving use a moral boost.

As a group we all had differing ideologies and backgrounds. I myself was a Sufi Muslim as was the majority of the men under my command but I also have Christians, Shia Muslims, and a few Druze were under my my command. I was a member of the UCP but for the most part we were all evenly split between other parties that make up the January Front. We all were different but we all had the same goal, Democracy and an end to the Sultanate.

Just then a loud explosion roared out just meters away from where we were situated.

"Alright men, I want 4th company to help hold back the Government Forces in the east. Anyone with an RPG-32 need to attach themselves to 1st company and head south to fight the mechanized forces. 2nd and 3rd company you should spread out through the city and act as defense as well as scout to inform us of any reinforcements entering from other parts of the city."

As the men around me nodded in agreement I took 1st company south to hit the Mechanized Unites hard. The city streets were dead and the sound of gunfire sounded out all around us but we knew it was just a thing we needed to get used to. But as we headed south the sounds of cannons and machine gun and we knew that the forces were close by.

Me along with the armed wing of the 1st company stopped and started to set up sand bag blockades while anyone and everyone armed with the RPG-32 head to high points that surrounded the road. Just as we started to add on cinder blocks to the sand bags a 125mm round slammed into barricaded leaving several men dead and a large gaping joke in our defenses.

"Fire of Government Armor!" I screamed into my radio.

Just as I said that several men fired their rocket propelled grenades at government hard points as we took up defenses to stall the troops attached to them. I saw a few RZAF soldiers approaching our position and I started to pop off shots at them. Lucky for me I had some sort of covered firing position while they had none to speak of and they really could only drop to the ground and dodge the rounds being thrown at them.

I knew this would take a while but I also knew that up to the north the government had a dead zone in which anyone could enter through and that the United Islamic Front held territory just to the west of the city.

"ETA two minutes!" Yelled the pilot back to Squad Grizzly, the members of it making sure they had plenty of ammo to last for a few months.

Nobody in any of the squads wore identification. No dogtags, no flag patches, no names, no backgrounds. These men didn't exist, that way if they were caught, this operation couldn't be tracked back to Futrellia.

"Squads India, Delta, Hotel, we will land in different locations and converge at one location! I'm transmitting the location to your GPS now!" Yelled Butch, leader of Grizzly Squad.

The heli was flying so low, you could almost reach down and touch the ground.

"ETA one minute!" Said the Pilot.

Grizzly Squad sat quietly. No words or looks, just looking outside and to the floor of the heli.

Butch looked to the second helicopter right next to theirs and gave them the thumbs up, which mean't for all teams to get ready to hit the ground.

These men were the best of the best in the N7 Program. They have each been run countless times on the Survival Simulation, Objective Simulation and All Out War simulation. Each time they were succesful, each time they scored record high scores. These men didn't fail.

"Now!" Yelled the pilot as he began to stabilize down inside the thick jungle.

One by one, the members of Grizzly squad jumped out and secured the position. within 15 seconds, the heli was long gone and the members of Grizzly squad were already moving to the Rendezvous point, quickly and quietly.

It was almost half a million weapons and 200 billion USD for whatever I want. But the issue is that we had weapons and that we needed men to fight not weapons with nobody to fire them.

"We at least know we have an ally sir, if we can at least use what they have given us." Said my aid Fuad Al-Azwar who acted as my counterweight when it came to making choices, while I was a fast and barrow viewed commander Fuad was a more thoughtful thinker with a wait and see tactic and was better at seeing the whole scene.

"It's not like the weapons are worth anything, most of them take Ammunition you can't find all the easy here and we would probably spend much of that money shipping over ammunition to use of the weapons. We have Plenty if KM rifles more then enough to arm ourselves. We need more men, it's not like a group of 8,000 men can fight of the Government, the January Front, and the Kurds all at once or even in one on one battle."

"Look a gifts a gift, if we don't like that then it's fine but let's not snap back at our new found allies and let's just show them that the money and weapons aren't working. Then I think they will feel that they need to send over troops to help fight for us. I say we spend the money on training and we give up territory to the Government and the JF for now and wait for a response from the UILF."

"True, I will go with that assumption for now Fuad. So how do we look so far in the standings of this conflict?"

"Well most of our forces are in Al-Sunni with a few located in other area. There are pockets of Government Resistance located all over the province but they should be handled soon enough. The biggest threat are the Government Forces to the East."

"Good, good. I want a fall back of all troops 350 miles from the designated boundary to try get more men for the cause."

We do not support the Communist Powers and their faulty alliance, for it is the not will of Allah or his Prophet (peace be upon him).
We must bring forth an Islamic Revolution, to topple the regime and crush the other opponents.
The Islamic Mujahideen believes that this is the side best suited to win the conflict.
With this said, we hope to create a mutual pact with Bashria and the UIF to help solidify victory.

Three EC 665 helicopter gunships, or "Tigers", in dull black paint with only a red circle bisected by a white cross on their tails to signify their provenance, scudded low over the water.
"This is Tiger One, we are four klicks from target, please confirm."
"Tiger One this is Control, you are on course, target confirmed. Await visual confirmation and then proceed as instructed."
The three spread out slightly as they approached the target, the UILF freighter. They knew they might only get one run at this, so one of the helicopters held back a little and raised altitude as the others swooped in.
Visually confirming the target via the vessel name and the flag on its stern, they loaded high explosive armour-piercing rockets, firing several times at the left-hand side of the huge tanker, aiming at the cargo holds hoping to ignite the ammunition and explosives within, before each dropping a single torpedo from underneath their hulls, which activated and powered towards the waterline of the ship, hitting with deadly force. The two helicopters then strafed the deck and bridge with autocannon fire before turning and heading away into the darkness.

The ships was hit and a massive explosion occurred 30 Mujahideen were killed, the UILF had a new plan to smuggle ammunition and rockets across neighboring countries that border Zajikistan, the weapons would be smuggled with the Bashrian trained jihadist.

MUJAHIDEENI NEWS REPORT

"Following the explosion yesterday, off the coast of Zajikstan, a new terrorist attack has occurred.
A group identifying themselves as "United Islamic Force and it's allies" have successfully taken an embassy hostage in the capital city.
At 07:46 Zajikstan Time, a group of about twenty five people stormed the embassy and took seventy eight workers hostage, after killing an estimated one hundred in the streets, and injuring hundreds of more innocent civilians.

It has been reported that the group has threatened to "annihilate all those who stand in the way of God's will" and have been hanging hostages from the roof tops of the embassy every hour.
It is also reported that the police have been negotiating with the group for the release of the hostages, however they have not been successful.

The UIF is currently one of the many factions in this war, which also includes Communist Powers and the government, the two strongest powers in this bloody conflict.
An hour before the attack, the UIF had also managed to capture a government backed city in the outskirts of the country.
Nobody knows the current death toll of this conflict, however it is clear it will only grow unless peace is restored. "

TIME: 4:32 AM

Hours had passed during the dark night. Limited lighting was allowed but the explosions off in the near distance shined a way to the pre-coordinated location all teams would meet at. When the teams finally reached it, it was a large deep cave, covered in not only brush, but a waterfall at it's entrance. Once inside, the Zajikistanian agents were still there, setting up one of the last generators, which powered an entire network of screens and communication devices.

"Alright, teams." Said one of the agents in a deep middle eastern accent.

"Your first target is a Zajikistanian Missile Depot approximately 28 miles from this location. If needed, this Depot can give the government an extra 45 tons of advanced rockets, missiles, landmines, and grenades, weapons they can use to crush the rebels. This site needs to be gone." Said the Agent.

"As you can see." Said the Agent as he walked in front of a large screen and swiped his hand to the left, causing the screen to bring up a new image showing pictures of the football sized complex.

"There is very minimal security, 20 guards at best. Most of the security is automated. Electric fences surround the entire complex, while ground drones patrol it. Automated turrets also watch over the place on top of towers. The 20 guards mostly secure the inside. Attempting to access the complex would be considered suicide, even to you N7 soldiers." Said the Agent.

"You have no idea what we are capable of, towelhead." Said one of Delta Squad, with another member giving him a highfive.

Butch, who was sitting directly in front turned around.

"If you want to go try to breach that compound using conventional tactics, you go right ahead. We can watch you get fried and won't think twice about pissing on your ashes. This man is giving you intel that, if we didn't have him, we would have gotten detected as soon as we entered Zaj Airspace. Now shut your mouth, and listen to what he has to say, am i clear, soldier?" Said Butch, who now seemed to be staring into the soldier's soul.

"Crystal clear, sir." Said the Soldier who's smile seemed to have left him ages ago.

The Agent began to speak.

"There is only one way to get in without suffering massive casualties. There is an old sewer system that leads to a village 3 miles north of the complex. This sewer system also goes directly under the complex and leads straight up into the middle facility, where your objective is. The local complex security sealed it up with bars. Something civilians can't penetrate, but trained soldiers can."

The Agent swiped the screen, showing the view the squads would take.

"Only two squads will be needed for this, as too many would pose a bigger security warning for the automated systems." Said the Agent, looking for approval from Butch.

"Squads India, Delta! You're up!" Said Butch.

"We won't let you down." Said Scarecrow, Delta Leader.

"I would also advise the teams get some rest. It will be a long hike tomorrow and you will need to reach the sewer system by nightfall." Said the Agent.

"I need to report back to my posting, the bunks are directly behind this wall, bathrooms are at the other end, and they are pretty much just a large hole. Good luck, gentlemen." Said the Agent as he left the giant cavern and walked down the small tunnel for an entrance and walked through the waterfall.

"You heard the man! India, Delta! Go get some sleep. We will stay awake and monitor the systems and news channels." Said Butch as India and Delta squads were already moving towards the other cavern section with a few bunkbeds.

After a 10 hour hike to the entrance of the sewer system, teams Delta and India were at the grate, and plasma cutting had already begun.

"Second bar is down, third one up." Said one of the members of India as squads Delta and India dispersed out to avoid attention.

The ground around the teams were quiet, except for the little noise the plasma cutter was making. The sun was already going down and would be completely down in the next few minutes.

"Third bar down, one last bar." said the cutter.

A few minutes later of silence from the teams, the cutter was through.

"Got it!" Said the Cutter

"Everybody in! Now!" Said Scarecrow.

One by one, the teams filled until Scarecrow was the last one. To avoid detection, he set the bars back up in their positions to fool patrolling guards.

They were on their way to the complex.

BASE CAMP

Most was quiet. One team caught up on sleep while another monitored the radios and channels for updated news on the happenings across the country.

"Butch, we were too late. This war is already starting. Other nations are starting to fill in slots for allies. Blowing up one ammo depot won't make the difference, we need to be hitting-" the soldier was cut off by Butch.

"The last thing Command said to me was that if the war had begun, to make it difficult for the government to concentrate on anything besides the location of us, which they won't get. We need to give the January Front the chance it needs to overthrow the enemy. We either accomplish this, or we die trying. We aren't going home, so just get that out of your head right now." Said Butch in a cold tone.

The soldier looked at Butch's side face as he was too busy looking at the multiple news feeds, and responded with a weak "Yes sir" Before walking out and towards the entrance.

"Butch, we are in." said Scarecrow over the radio.

"What's your ETA?" Said Butch grabbing the radio abruptly.

"ETA 2 hours." Said Scarecrow.

"Good." Said Butch before turning it off to avoid further detection in the jungles.

The sounds of cannon fire from the T-72's was almost earth shattering as they shook the ground with every shot. The cities fate relied on how we did here, we could take the soldiers but they had the ability to use mechanized armor. I fired at more government soldiers as the ran and crawled through the street. The first thing besides a soldier was a BTR-D. A few feet from my left was a young man armed with a OTs-14 Groza and was carrying a RPG-32 who just like me was shooting at the enemy.

"Hey you get over here!" I yelled pointing to him. He heroes up right next to me as well as firing a few rounds at enemy soldiers.

"See that BTR down there? I need you to hit it alright." I said as I looked straight at him eye to eye. He just nosed and got the RPG from off his shoulder. He minted in up in firing position and aimed down its sights. He took a little before he finally fired off the RPG throwing a rocket down range straight into the BTR's teeth.

"Good hit, Good hit. Now get up high and guard the street form any tanks and other armor you see." I told him as I push him in the direction of one of the buildings. The battle seemed to be going our way but I couldn't be for sure as of now.

"Well Fuad your plan worked almost to well." I said as I looked at the note from our allies. It seemed almost to easy but I truly was not concerned with that. I just looked and giggled as I looked at it.

Boom!

"What was that?" I asked as the loud noise echoed through the building. It shook the walls and rattled the shelves as I looked around wondering what had just happened.the Fuad came running into my office, his face was white and he had a look of shock upon him.

"Darn Communists..",said Savas. "We already have the Zhouranese conflict going on",said Savas."We are not in the conflict yet",said Harvos."Hmm...they haven't provoked us yet",said Savas."On the other hand they are fellow Muslims...",said Savas.

"Do you want me to round up a force?",said Harvos."No...",said Savas."Leave the room please I will be deciding and think about what decision to make about Zajikstan",said Savas turning around in his spinny chair."In the mean time sit and relax in the lobby until I call you inside.",said Savas.Harvos turned around and walked into the lobby."That Barbarian doesn't know what to pick bah what a fool...",said Harvos walking down the hallway to the lobby.

As he walked down the hall he met up with a guy in a black jacket. He had a big black jacket covering his face so nobody can see.His voice was cold and solemn."What information did you get Harvos?",said the Black Jacket Man."Savas wants to to help some random country under communist distress.",said Harvos."The only problem is that Savas cannot decide what should he do.",said Harvos."That's all? UIF Stronghold, 10:23pm
The HEF soldiers each and a M16 and one had an RPG aimed at the door. BOOM! The RPG-7 was fired and the HEF troops rushed in firing. One soldier shot one of the enemy then another enemy shot his gun tossing it away. Then the HEF soldier knocked him out with a left and a right and then an uppercut. The HEF began to storm the place.

As the explosions rocked the building and gun fire filled the building a few men dressed in Multi-Terrain Pattern Uniforms and armed with Vepr Assault Rifles. The looked at me for only a little and then they rushed through the halls to fight any enemies that are to arrive. Then I was grabbed by my shoulder and looked to see Fuad and a few other soldier looking at me.

"Sir we have to go." Said Fuad as the soldiers walked me through the halls. This was the first time I had really ever been so close to being in the sights of death. Fuad brought me down to a underground parking lot with only one Zastava Koral sitting there motionless. We filled into it and a soldiers started it up and drove us out through a small road way leaving out into the city, we hitched a ride on one of the government evac routes which of course wasn't patrolled thanks to the majority if the fighting out in the center of the city.

(OOC: Hatay your last post was pretty god-modish, this is just a post so that the conflict doesn't die so early thanks to the death of a leader. Please frame from god modding from this point thank you.)

3:00 PM

The salty smell of seawater mixed with the acrid exhaust fumes of tanks and APCs driving up ramps onto their awaiting transports. These scents and many more washed over Brigadier General Rauth as he stepped out the doors of the command post. He was flanked on either side by 2 commandos whose names he hadn't bothered to learn. Both men were garbed in the same desert fatigues that he wore, except their faces were masked by balaclavas and goggles. One of them had the purple armband that marked him as an Sergeant.

"Where to, my lord?" the Sergeant asked, standing at attention.

"The rally grounds." Rauth stated as he marched away from the reinforced concrete building and began walking towards the road. The Sergeant quickly nodded at his fellow soldier and the two men took up position on either side of the noble general.

10 minutes and 1 security checkpoint later, Rauth and his bodyguards were standing at the top of a watchtower fortification, viewing the massed formations of troops preparing to embark their transports. Entire regiments were formed up in the massive concrete plaza, with pennants of many colors fluttering in the breeze, each design and heraldry representing a different unit hailing from a different province or city state. Alongside these provincial units were other Royal Army regiments, much more well trained and equipped than their conscript counterparts.

6 days.
That was what the logistics officers had told him at the command post.
6 days till they disembarked on the shores of Zajikstan to support the sultan in battle.
6 days until all the glory and prestige of the campaign would be his.
With this thought Rauth grinned, staring into the horizon towards the foreign land of faith and bloodshed

Delta and India Teams

The sound of cutting somewhat rang out through the dark and wet rooms of the old sewer system.

One flare. One flare was all that was needed to provide light while Delta team member cut a hole through the steel plating of the floor above.

Before the soldier could even turn off the torch, the circle of metal dropped to the ground, almost hitting one of the soldiers below.

"Shit." Said the Soldier as his instincts kicked in. He climbed up the rest of the ladder and threw his arms up, sending his gun forward and in a checking position.

As he and a Zajikstanian soldier locked eyes, he squeezed the trigger of his suppressed MP5 and unloaded three rounds into the soldier, who was alone during his patrol of the inner warehouse.

Shortly after, the soldier got out of the hole and kneeled in a ready position while the rest of the soldiers got out.

Scarecrow climbed out.

"Get that body into the sewer, now!" hissed Scarecrow as he looked around for security cameras or any more soldiers incoming...but he saw nothing. Within seconds, two India soldiers dragged the body into the hole and watched it drop to the ground below.

"Ok, spread out, two by two, secure the facility and begin planting charges in a place the enemy won't see them, and preferably in high value target locations. Move!" Said Scarecrow as he moved through one of the many aisles containing ammunition and some weaponry with another Delta member.

The teams began to spread out, eliminating enemy patrols by the twos and planting of charges had already begun.

The morning had just broke and the sky was glowing a deep red almost as if got had painted with blood just as we had done to our streets and rivers. My duty as Consultant to the Sultan was to give him ideas and to work with his ideas almost as if it was a mixing of intellect. The King had just turned 88 a few montages ago and was approaching an age at which most would have stepped down. But Sahrik Al-Alahpur was a wise man and I knew he had the best interest at heart with the choices he would make.

The simplistic garnet inlay covered the floors and halls. The door to his room was a large Ebony wood door which with a few movements of the lever attacked to the side I was able to undo the lock. The door open slowly and the Sultan dressed in a long Golden traditional gown and a large golden head piece which signified his statues as royalty. He sat on a small cushion in the middle of a large dark and room. It was a place he like to go to collect his thoughts just like everyone in the Royal Family dose at some point. He sat there motionless as I walked up to him.

"Sir is there any conclusion you have made about the conflict?" I asked him.

"Yes, I have but one question. Who called the order to shoot the protesters?"

"That would have been Captain Bin-Rashir sir"

"Arrest him, and now give me the situation on the ground please"

"Well sir we control most of the West and much of the East but the Islamist have token over much of the east. The Kurds hold a small portion of land in the east as well. The January Front holds large pockets of control but are mostly surrounded by government forces."

"You do know how many of our men are defecting each day don't you?"

"A few hundred a week Sir, but we have support from Kohlstadt so we could make up for these losses."

"The help of the whole world can not hold back the human will. I fear my time as Sultan and the Sultanate are to be over by this years end."

"But we can win this sir!"

"For your sake I hope we can. Now please leave me be."

I nodded my head and walked out of the room with an undertaking feeling in my body because of the uncertainty of what was to come. I did not know if the Sultan even wanted to rule at this point anymore.

As gun shot range out through the halls I shoulders my ZNA-10 Rifle and made my way down the halls hoping to god I did not run into enemy soldiers. I had a wife and three children at home plus with only 17 days till I can go home I had every reason to live and not die in combat.

As I took the metallic stairs down to the belly of the facility I saw some unknown movement and I aimed my rifle ready to fire at whatever might be in this place.
