Knives.

Whenever I see one, I put it away, or away from me. I fidget when I'm in the one with a knife out in the open. I mean the cutting knives you use for cooking, not the ones you use for eating.

I'm very OCD about knives.

I don't have a huge fear of anything, but I do have a little more fear towards being inside dark caves, not because of the darkness but because of how unstable it could be.

A sort of specific insect phobia, for me. Long-legged bugs. Their size doesn't matter a whole lot; I can get really big beetles or something and not mind them, but things like crane flies, daddy longlegs, and spiders larger than, eh, a quarter creep me out significantly. I can't enter a room if I know there was a crane fly there less than four hours ago, which has led to amusing things like being locked out of my own house. It's funny, because this fear would be completely pointless if I were in Europe; there's nothing there that fits this phobia.

I like to tell people that at my birth, the gods became terrified that I would take over the world before they were ready, and so created these spindly bugs in order to keep me in check for a while. Since I overcame my fear of tornadoes a few years ago by actually experiencing one, and since I got revenge on a later bully who threatened to kill me, I really don't have fears anymore apart from these silly things.

Besides actually going out into the world and being a part of it, I'm dreadfully afraid of dogs. When I was four I was tackled by a huge mastiff and since then I've been apprehensive of any dog, big or small, whether they bark, run at me, or even just sit there. Ironically, similar members of the canine family, such as wolves and foxes, don't scare me, but then again I've never been tackled by any of them.
