ANNOUNCEMENT.
This is Grand CEO Ferus of the FPPCIE, in Ferumavia.
After long hours of debates and votes we have reached a decision regarding the BFU and her allies excluding the PR.

On this day of December 2nd, 2013, Grand CEO And Potentate of the FPPCIE authorizes use of Military force against the BFU and her allies, including but not limited to:
The BFU
USS of Hedgehaven
Infinitus Imperio
The Empire of Namilia
Wampastan
Vile league of Evil

Military Force is defined as, and limited to
Ground Forces
Air Force
Naval Forces
Nuclear Power

1b. The use of Nuclear Weapons is permitted only to a degree, and they shall not be used where the blast radius or fallout can affect the Pindian Republic.

Section 2

Definition of Ferumavian Region
The Region of Ferumavia is bound by the Profitian Alliance Agreement (PAA) which states that any military conquest by any members of the region shall be supported by the other members in the region.
Ferumavia consist of:
The FPPCIE
Leasatho
Canisiuso
Akrokio
LatinWorld
Oregonilon.

President of FeruMavia, Ferus of the FPPCIE, authorizes use of Military Force against the Glorious Confederacy by any of the above nations.
2b. These nations are not to use military force on the Pindian Republic.

Section 3
Pindian Republic

The PR has decided to remain Neutral In this war and is permitting the Ferumavian forces to move through her to accomplish military goals. No use of Military Force is allowed to be used on the PR. No PR citizen is to be touched by any citizen of any country in the Ferumavian Region.
No property of the PR is to be touched by any Ferumavian Citizen.
No Ferumavian is allowed to sell anything to any citizen of the PR. Buying from the PR is permitted.
If the PR breaks it terms is agreement and forms a militia to combat the Ferumavian forces, these terms are rendered dull and void, and Ferumavia is allowed to use military force against the PR.

Section 4
Goals of the War
The goal of this war is to damage the Glorious Confederacy enough to where it's capabilities are beyond the point to Attack Ferumavavia, also known as Nova Roma, and it's goal to bring back Roman Ideals and peace that was known during the Days of the old Roman Empire and Republic. At the end of the war, conquered territory is to be turned back to its original owner, and any Ferumavian forces shall withdraw.

Section 5
Prohibitions of WMDs.
Weapons of Mass Destruction shall be used only when necessary, and deemed so by the Board of Warfare. The old weapon used in the War 15 years ago, the Point Beam, shall not be used due to its negative effects on the atmosphere of the planet.
"Any destruction to come from the Heavens ever again will come from God, and not the FPPCIE."
Bio-Weapons shall not be used against Civilian Populations. Non Infectious weapons are permitted against enemy forces, so as to not infect innocents, and only the targeted military.

Section 6
End notes and Subjects not included in Previous Sections.
1. The Use of ANY Nuclear Weapons shall be an immediate reason to use Nuclear Capabilities of Ferumavia.
2. The Conflict shall end when the Glorious Confederacy signals a cease fire and a written and comprehensible Declaration of Surrender.
3. At the end of the conflict, Ferumavia shall send supplies and aid to any country that request it.

Weapons of mass destruction are capable of causing woe and death on an unprecedented scale, and the Armed Socialist Republic refuses to sit idly by as millions are consumed by hellfire. Thus, I, Michael Winter, acting in the best interests of Alexiandra and its inhabitants, issue an ultimatum to the Ferumavian government. If the following terms are not met within twenty-four hours, the People's armed forces will begin executing combat operations against Ferumavian units and personnel.


- Ferumavia will stand down its armed forces indefinitely.
- Ferumavia will agree to a ceasefire with the BFU and its allies.
- Ferumavia will rescind its declaration of war against the BFU.
- Ferumavia will completely deactivate all of its nuclear assets.

I sincerely hope that the Ferumavian government realises the depth of its own folly, and aborts this ruinous, imperialistic project before it is too late.

The other issue we wish to ask you is why do you say you wish to "protect" your country by attacking BFU, when they have, upon quick review of both of your past, BFU has asked for peaceful solutions before engaging in military action, especially when you were invading a pacifistic nation. If your actions show you are a threat to human civilization, Shadeland will be forced to intervene and assist those you are attacking to stop you. As it stands, Shadeland is preoccupied with another matter, and therefore will be watching, as the fleet closest to BFU has been re-positioned elsewhere. Although we feel your imperialistic actions are wrong, and should be punished, we do not have grounds to do so.

We wish to inform you Shadeland is interested in this conflict, in the name of protection civilians, and therefore will be watching the actions of both sides, specifically FPPCIE, for acts against humanity. OOC: Just reading through this I'd suggest using a more numbered based Rp. For example: 15 minutes into the battle Asalm marked planes are seen flying over head with large amounts of dots appear in the sky as the planes pass. Soon 150 paratroopers have begun floating down. (If say for the sake of the example the other side has Anti-Aircraft guns) Out of the 150, 135 men make it to the ground safely and begin to fight along side their allies against (Lets say the other side has 250 troops) the enemies 250 men army. (The way it was explained to me when I started was that older nation tend to have better trained troops then that of a younger nation. So if I was older then my enemy I should win a battle if its a 1 against 2-3 guys.) Also I'll probably post a IC later so...yay...
