Indeed, gay marriage didn't harm any country yet, and it never would harm any country nor person now and in the future.

Actually our friend is partially right, The 'Torah' is sometimes used to mean the 24 books in the old testament.

:palm: For starters, you only need one exclamation point in 'Good heavens!', and 'OMG the apocalypse is here.' needs an exclamation point not a period.

Now, disregarding the minor grammatical mistakes: How the hell could minor increases in LGBT rights be synonymous to the apocalypse? That's just a massive hyperbole and ain't needed. And what the fuck is 'sexual revolution' supposed to mean? Are you trying to imply that LGBT people are somehow violently revolting and forcing countries to give them rights?
No, there ain't sensibility in the world, considering that many countries have homosexuals murdered for their sexual orientation, and others imprison people for being homosexuals. However, spreading LGBT rights is a positive sign that there is still some shred of sensibility left in the world.
People are following these 'nefarious practices' because they have the sense to realize that oppressing people because of something they can't choose is foolish.

I, uh...I think maybe Heleventia was saying..that..um..

...you know, never mind. It's fine.
In sixteenth-century Europe, the disease of virgins, or green sickness, was seen as a common disorder affecting young unmarried girls. Its symptoms included weakness, dietary disturbance, lack of menstruation and most significantly, a change in skin colour. Understanding of the condition turned puberty and virginity into medical problems, and proposed to cure them by bloodletting, diet, exercise, and marriage. - The Disease of Virgins, a book I saw a promo for while trying to learn how babies are made.

Then why the PVC lederhosen and the John Wood two-fisted ready-whip of justice stance?

Asia has always been quite apathetic and avoidant about the gay marriage issue, and the Buddhists do not spends millions of dollars a year to go out of their way to persecute homosexuals. This would hopefully be a nice starting step for the region, if not Vietnam, to begin to enact laws to further rights of human beings.

I don't know whether that's going to happen or not, especially considering the traditionalist attitudes that pervade in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Buddhism isn't exactly avoidant to the issue, either. There are Buddhist scholars that believe homosexuality to be discord. In any event, if there's going to be progress for gay rights in South-East Asia, it's not going to be anytime soon.

At this point, we've pretty much proven that not only can evolution happen, it pretty much must happen since it's basically impossible to prevent it from happening.

Most of the past 10 pages at least have been threadjacking, trolling, and pointless posting. We're done here.

Confederate Belgium: *** 3day Ban *** for the deliberate trolling with a puppet just to stir shit up. This means you don't post with ANY of your accounts, or we delete them. Severity due to recent warnings on other accounts.

Shershah: You need to seriously reconsider how you're presenting yourself and your arguments. You're just this side of getting warned. And I know people are going to argue about the lack of redtext here, but it's in keeping with what could be said and has been said and will likely continue to be said of other groups when it comes to opinions that are unpopular with many. They remain opinions, and thus can be argued against.
