As a recent census showed that only 97.8% of the Malefantian population are listed as white, the Illuminationist Government have drawn a conclusion that although the late Emperor Franz Halen's mission on ethnic cleansing was a success, more needs to be done to finish the job without simply deporting all people of 'unfavourable ethnicity'. Therefore, as of January 8th, 2017, Emperor Dimitar Jens-Vedder on behalf of the Illumination Party of Malefant, passed a piece of legislation demanding that all non-white citizens of Malefant should be sent to 'Racial Reassignment' camps to have their skin bleached, so they fit what is known as the 'Malefantian Standard' of pure white skin. All objectors are to be arrested and executed by firing squad. This legislation is effective immediately and letters will be sent to individuals considered 'impure' ordering them to sign up at the Racial Reassignment office by the end of February. Emperor Dimitar Jens-Vedder hopes that by the end of the year 100% of the Malefantian population will be white, if these camps should work as planned.
