For years, overpopulation has vexed the great world of NS, leveling regions to near resource poverty.

We at the International Human Conversion Board shall put an end to this suffering. An Inferno of Zombies shall descend upon NationStates, and we shall be It's agent.

Our agents are hidden in your regions, embracing zombies as our kin and awaiting the chance to organize hordes. We shall use this pandemic as a grace to wipe clean the sins of nations, a bioweapon to restore order.

We shall destroy the cure, repel the exterminators, and see the humans of Earth converted.

We are the agents of the pandemic.

We shall welcome the new age. The age of zombies.
