Sorry I'm very late for doing this and making this rushed, but quickly I am starting a role play between the Radian Empire of Poni and another nation of mine, Equine. Long story short, the Emperor of Poni has returned and removed democracy entirely from Poni. Equine, a large resistance group founded by ponies with libertarian ideologies, have had enough of the government corruption along with the increasing hatred from Poni's human population. This story will occur at the start of the Zombie Apocalypse scheduled here, but may carry on throughout the war, having a dramatic impact on Poni and Equine's history and determining the fate of Poni's territory in the Northern Pony Lands.
The Emperor expected a resistance to form once he returned and rebuilt the Radian Empire however, so he has taken some extreme measures using his advanced technologies. It isn't known what all he has up his sleeve, but what Equine does know is the Emperor has a unique artifact according to stolen documents that he keeps under his personal protection, inside Nightmare's Paradise. It is unknown what the artifact does, but it has to be significant.
Nightmare's Paradise is the capital of Poni, a massive city and refinery sitting on top of a volcano. It also used to be capable of launching nuclear missiles, until they were removed to make way for more necessary factory equipment. This has actually made Poni's military more stretched out by forcing them to have their WMDs located in 10 separate military bases.

The Poni-Equine War Rules:
1: All OOC discussion should be here, to prevent spamming the IC thread with gibberish.
2: I have decided to make this war PMT, so please go with post-modern technology.
3: All WMDs are not to be used unless I have decided to authorize their usage in the OOC.
4: I have to approve of you being in this RP before you can take part in the IC. If your name doesn't appear in the alliance list, you're not in. (Yet.)
5: As I've already implied in Rule 2, and will directly state here, no godmodding. If there is an issue, please remain calm and talk about it in this thread before contacting a moderator so we can get it properly sorted out. If this fails, then of course contact a moderator.
