All of them, but religious institutions have the right to choose to deny recognition of same sex marriage as long as it takes place within their institutions or denomination. We are still working on anti-discrimination laws by gender identity and expression, with one move being to censor sexism down to children's and youth's media, and advertising and selling more gender-neutral toys, gadgets, electronic media (when indigenously produced), apparel, cosmetic products, hairstyles, tools, accessories and many other consumer products that are often attributed to specific genders (NB not sexes as of yet, although this is for health reasons).

Since we lack an army, but have instead a militia composed of voluntary members, we guarantee the right for LGBT people to serve in the military.

This "homosexuality" thing is prohibited for various reasons... the main one being that gays in Saurisia are actually corrupted by a mischievous spirit, Ornitho, who implants subliminal messages in the victim's minds that slowly corrupts them and makes them more liable to do hedonistic things with no care for truly important things such as hard work, responsibility, and true passion for the things in life. This makes them more likely to be influenced by more malicious beings, including Didelpho the Plague-Bearer.

In Ruskarkand, the society is predominantly Dragonkinian. Their biological make-up essentially disallows any form of perversion such as Homosexuality.
Since the leaders are Dragonkinian, and likewise most of Society; those species (ALA Humans and other Non-Humans) that are afflicted by such ideals have to otherwise conform to our way of life anyhow.
