Multiple Shooting Assassinations on Military Installation

Reports have been confirmed that at least 10 dead in what is believed to be a terrorist attack on the Black Hills AFB in northern Inruptus. Witnesses report a man wearing Military fatigues and carrying an HK416 assault rifle walked into an office where several military officers and civilians worked and began shooting. Reports say that the man targeted exclusively military officers. The gunman was killed by Airbase security responding to the incident. We are appealing to the international community to help us determine if this is connected to international terrorism or simply an isolated incident. If anything similar has happened to anybody else, please come forward, that we may end this terrorist menace.

The shooter has been identified as Tajudeen Boho, a 22 year old Airman and immigrant from Nigeria. Records show he immigrated from Nigeria at the age of 19 and was doing national service as a path to citizenship. Boho was an airbase security guard and statements from coworkers state that he had been disciplined on the job twice for disorderly conduct and was on disciplinary furlough for drinking on the job. He also believed that his supervisors were racist and "out to get him". Toxicology tests are pending. More will come on this incident as it develops.

Even though the United Islamic Liberation Front took credit for the shooting, statements from family said that Tajudeen Boho was not very religious. On his national service form, Boho did not list a religion, nor did he talk about religion much. Boho lived on base and was able to access the armory without a problem. A handwritten manifesto was found in Boho's barracks, along with a computer, alcohol, and several videotapes and DVDs with unknown contents. Toxicology tests came back negative for drugs and alcohol, surprisingly. Gendarmerie also searched his 2000 Dodge Stratus, finding two .22 caliber hunting rifles, several magazines and bullets, a tomahawk, and magazine clippings about how to make rudimentary explosives. The hunting rifles were registered to Livingston Ulster, Black Hills' game warden, whom reported the rifle stolen 2 days ago. Ulster did not report magazines or ammo missing. Ulster is being interviewed by the Gendarmerie's Investigation Unit. All military installations are under lockdown and will remain on lockdown until midnight.

All military bases have been taken off of lockdown. Livingston Ulster has been interviewed and released. He stated that Boho had been to the small firearm store on the the Black Hills game reserve and had expressed interest in buying a rifle, but the clerk had turned him away when Boho learned there was a 10 day waiting period for the rifles. It is believed that Boho also stole the rifles from the store along with the mags and ammo the night of the 15th, and was planning to use them in the event he could not access the armory. The tomahawk found in his vehicle was given as a gift. His manifesto, found on his person after he was killed by Airbase security, describes the attack as "a glorious revolution against the demon rule of Inruptus", and that he had performed the attack "in the name of Muhammad the prophet and Allah, the one true god". He also rails against his CO, CPT Connor Bailey, who he describes as "a white devil", and described how he wanted him and his family to die for "desecrating mine and my prophet's body". Bailey was unharmed.
