The King of Lesser Bavaria has announced his intentions to have built a new Winter Palace near the city of Terstein in Lesser Bavaria. Traditionally the role of constructing Palaces, Castles and Estates for the King has fallen to the Lesser Bavarian Royal Construction Committee, which has existed for roughly a hundred and twenty years. Currently the King has three Palaces throughout the country, a Winter Palace and two Summer Palaces. It is our regret to say that the older of the two Palaces has fallen into disrepair after several decades of mismanagement. It has been demolished but tradition has it that the King have three residences, thus there is a need for the building of a new Summer Palace.

After lengthy discussion, myself and the other thirty members of the LBRCC have come to the decision that the building would be best done by a private company. While the Kingdom can pay a heavy price for the Palace, we firmly believe that the job can be done faster and cheaper by a foreign company than by our native contractors. We would like to therefore request the Armstrong Construction Company to build our new Palace outside the city of Terstein, in a pre-determined location. Our own estimates place the cost of constructing the Palace at around 4,500,000,000, we are willing to allocate roughly 5,500,000,000 to the Project, should Armstrong Construction agree to our offer.

Our specifications are as follows.
*Approximately 5 Floors
*815,000 Square Feet in Floor Space
*353 Rooms | 192 Staff Bedrooms, 41 Offices, 64 Bathrooms, 42 Principal Bedrooms and 14 State Rooms.
*Stables, Post Office, Infirmary, Swimming Pool, Gardens, Aviary, Astrological Tower, Private Cinema, Kennel, Music Room, Art Gallery, Throne Room and Dining Hall.
*Traditional Designs

Dear leaders of Armstrong Construction, is it possible to place an order for the construction of a small monorail in our capital Futurograd? A monorail on an overpass, enclosed in an organic glass pipe, is required. And also three stations for this road: near the university center, the park and the residential area.

In the case of a positive response, experts will arrive from us with project documentation to clarify the specific numbers used construction materials, estimates, etc.

The politics of Reino do Brazil is always towards the implementation of green energy. The basin of the Amazon River has a perfect spot to build a dam with 750 metres of widht. We would like to have a quote for the building of this project. We also need five turbines of high production of electricity; we are not sure if you provide that kind of equipment.

There are 288 thousand people in need of state provided education. However, with that said we have an average 1,000 student capacity overall, meaning 288 schools between elementary, middle, and high school plus some K-12 schools. The estimated price is a total for all schools combined.
