The civil war in Icoslavia has started on the 9th of September 2013. Rebels have attacked generals and small platoons and we need other peoples help!

The Rebels have captured more land but have lost over 20,000 people. The Socialist have lost 15,000 and are still declining.

The Socialist have crafted a nuclear bomb which they are threatening any other nations from joining.

Our situation is rough right now. We have never intended to start a civil war or use a nuclear device in anyway. But right now we have had to use violence and more. But we have let Aid and food come in for the people inside the Rebel territory.

In response to these statements, when asked on his opinion, Alexander said "Well, they aren't perfect. But they are allowing aid to be sent to civilians, even in the zones controlled by rebels. And look which side is refusing to consider a peaceful approach." The Church has also requested the rebel forces promise to not interfere with the aid caravans sent into their areas.

The UDCU and I are having a discussion on weather Icoslavia will be a Democratic or Communist country.

I appeal for a Ceasefire until an answer is given. If communism is voted, war continues, and if democratic, War ends and rebels take over.

Pope Alexander today has pressured rebel forces to consider coming to the table, rather than continuing to fight. He was quoted as saying "The Icoslavian Government has displayed it's true compassionate nature for it's citizens in this war. Above all else they have tried to ensure peoples safety, to the level of allowing aid directly sent to rebel forces. I urge you all to rethink your war! What issues you are having can be solved with the pen, rather than the sword." Alexander had extended his invitation to include rebel forces to attend the meeting and discuss the future of Icoslavia civilly and peacefully.
