All invited Leaders of Regionale, we welcome you to the Capitol Building of NX401. we hope that you arrived here safely, due to the military driving you here, and also took part in some sightseeing while upon your visit. We know what happend in Regionale is still fresh in our minds and our nation, and hope yours as well, will help make Regionale a more peaceful region. I am Chancellor WInd and i will be presiding this meeting and be a moderator of this meeting as well.

The military escort came to a screeching halt in front of the building, where he meetings would be held. The aura of diplomacy was around, as Secretary Of State Ramirez slowly walked into the building surrounded by FASS (Federation Armed Secret Service) agents, he began looking around for neighboring delegates, when he found out he was first. He began looking around for his table, near the main podium, and found it. He took his seat, with his aides, and began shuffling papers, which had the demands and requests of The Federation Of Brewdomia.

[Lenyo]

The NX401 helicopter transporting Doctor Presidente Mobergo landed at the meeting place. As the rotors slowed gradually, the executive deplaned the vehicle and was escorted to the diplomatic meeting room by a dozen NX security forces. His aides and assistants eagerly followed him, anxiously ready to see Regionale's diplomatic powers attempt to diffuse the continents many tensions. DP Mobergo sat in the exceptionally comfortable seat, began sipping the provided water calmly, and began discussing arms regulation with Brewdomia's Secretary of State.

as the helicopter slowly descended to the pad, the cardinal was pleased to see catholic priests feverishly bless the landing pad. the cardinal and his 9 well-armed guards exited the chopper walked to the conference, discussing the book macabes with each other.

[Lenyo]

Doctor Presidente began the discussion by stating, "I am sure Mesagen and Al-Aqar's officials will arrive shortly. Let's begin with the most pivotal issue. Regionale was on the brink of war. Without the threat of the Conglomerate's intervention, the Coalition would have certainly invaded. Mesagen claims that the war was over the suppressed voice of Mesagen. This conclusion is ludicrous. Nations do not war because they feel they are being ignored. You could have posted more messages on the board or contacted other members. No nations ever suppressed your political views or acted aggressively towards you. Mesagen and Facio states would have fought for greater territory. The Great Spacepope likely had a religious factor. The war was entirely unnecessary."

[The Great SpacePope]

we would have fought to defeat heathenism. and territory, of course.

[Brewdomia]

"Agreed, Good Sir, those idiots, probably wanted to destroy nations like us said Ramirez in a hushed tone to avoid attention. "I don't trust them, I mean, come on, declaring war on a member of their own region, that is just pathetic, and they should be subject to some consequences, agreed?" said Ramirez in a stern and angry tone.

[Lenyo]

"How would we punish them?" whispered Mobergo to Ramirez, "Declare war on them because they seriously considered war? Sanctions? Angry letters? An agreement between all of Regionale to respect each others' sovereignty would be best."

[Brewdomia]

"I would prefer sanctions, but your idea is best for the stability of Regionale, which is the best interest of Regionale, to be honest, that's why we threatened NX401 to prevent Al-Aqar from being mauled."

[NX401]

Chanclellor wind was next to speak,
"Ramirez, please keep tone down your anger and this meeting is to not blame other nations and pointing fingers.", then he presented his own idea in the room, "This War that was on Regionale soil had some very ludicrous statements thrown out. however, i believe that each nation in Coalition and nations stated in the treaty of Lenyo has caused the injustice of spliting apart Regionale. can you not doubt that when a house of two seperate entitys live together it can not stand? Also, can you not doubt that when one is pointing fingers at the other and vise versa that anger speads like a contagious laugh?"

[Lenyo]

"NX401, I assume you would support signing a simple treaty stating that no nation of Regionale may invade another nation of Regionale. Correct?" I suggest that Regionale Congress proposes and passes such a Treaty.

[Brewdomia]

"I would support it too, but only if there are a few exceptions such as widespread human right's abuses, and war crimes committed by member states. Where, we could intervene on behalf of the people." Right?" said Ramirez, curious too see what the others would say.

[NX401]

"Come now Lenyo and brewdomia, i hope not to take freedoms away from other nations to the point of being threatened, that will be foolish upon ourselves to do, as minds of citizens can not stem from all of the same brain. i believe there is a bigger problem here at the moment then a signing of a treaty. we want to maybe construct something that can stop what we saw on Regionale Soil"
"who is in favor of making a new type goverment structure to which we can all have some equal say in Regionale and be proper about it?"

[Brewdomia]

"Sir, I am afraid that might intervene on National Sovereignty, how about a restructuring of congress?"

[The Great SpacePope]

i can say with great certainty that my nation commonly has situations you would call large-scale human rights abuses, especially during our current civil war. tens of thousands dead already. it has been a mere 3 days. but the rebellious slaves, serfs, and urban poor must respect the authoirty of the church. we know what is best.

[Lenyo]

We need a formal Regionale constitution.

[NX401]

"Ramieriz, that is a great idea. i am in favor of reconstructing congress. Any one else in favor of this?"
"Also Lenyo, that is most proper for us to start working on."

All in favor of regionale reconstrcting congrees and making a formal constatution say Aye!"

[Lenyo]

Technically, Regionale Congress must first be constructed. We never formally or legally founded it.

[Brewdomia]

"Your Holiness, will the Congress Of Brewdomia be allowed to investigate such abuses?" said Ramirez, even though it was probably going to be a no.

He sighed and said "Yes, a constitution is necessary, Shall Lenyo and others aid Brewdomia in making such an honorable document?"

[Lenyo]

Lenyo would be honored to assist in the Constitution's writing. Cardinal, your government should be ashamed of its utter lack of civil rights. Voting is also banned in your country.

"i believe that the people in this room Ramierz that should help make this document as i have invited a diverse group of nations in here today to help us hammer out problems and make a Formal constatution." i am worried about the two who did not show up, however?

i assume that question was rhetorical brewdomia. the spacepope is the voice of god. suppressing anarchy and devout religious worship is his will.

i believe that the people in this room Ramierz that should help make this document as i have invited a diverse group of nations in here today to help us hammer out problems and make a Formal constatution." i am worried about the two who did not show up, however.
"Mobergo, please do not say slander the Great Space Pope because his country lacks something. As Plato had once said, "each citizen is a product of his own nation". this quote states that when you come from a different city, you are sure likly going to be different then another who came from another city. Mobergo, there should be no more pointing fingers at other nations."

[Lenyo]

"I am worried about their absence also." stated DP Mobergo, "I assume there was some crisis in their nation. To receive the approval of the Coalition, Regionale would need to lack a supreme judicial system." "Am I correct?" the Doctor Presidente asked the Cardinal.

[Lenyo]

After many hours of discussing constitutional law, a lavish meal was laid out for the diplomats. Doctor Presidente Mobergo stated, "It appears we must finish negotiations tomorrow. I am certain the diplomats from Al-Aqar and Mesagen will be present tomorrow." [I need to work. Brewdomia does also. I apologize for only being able to be online for so brief an ammount.
