Suppose you wake up one day next to an opposite sex version of yourself. Suppose this clone has the same exact mind and memories as you and a similar body to your own excluding sexual characteristics. What do you do?

If, given an opposite sex body, could you gain romantic feelings toward your former gender? Your former self even?

Would you be okay with touching or being touched by "yourself"?

Would you want privacy from each other? Would you work together to discover the workings of this new body?

Would you be excited to cross dress, or would you insist wearing on your old wardrobe?

How do you explain this to your family?

Would you be best friends? Would you suspect him/her of being an evil you from an alternate dimension? (he/she might suspect the same thing!)

Since hormones and other brain chemistry differ between males and females my double would not have my exact same mind, but definitely my memories.

There probably woldn't be much point talking to yourself, because as they are an expect copy (nearly) of yourself, you'd be able to think of everything they could possibly say yourself. There's a good chance that most of the time you'd know what they were going to say before they even said it.
