The Meeting with Kwadai (Closed to all but Kwadai)

[Isarabaeum]

By the time that the guests' of of Isarabaeum's arrived within their city, it was already pretty warm that day - since after all, they WERE located in a desert. At least, this city was. It didn't matter that it was still near water - like all other cities of this nations' - because it didn't help the city's weather positively. If anything, it instead influenced it negatively by bringing it things like "thunder - snow" during the winter.

But this never brought down the young King of its, nonetheless. If anything, he LOVED the weather - for he always claimed it to have helped him think during anyone of his well - known writing sessions. Since it was very hot outside as well, he wore hardly anything, too. For example, his clothing looked like this:

Sheikh Omar left the airport's shade out into the mid day sun, he was used to it after all as KwaDai was a desert also, this place had a strange feel to it where as his desert(the Sahara) had a nice feel.
"Sir, sir wait up", Omar's secretary Imam exclaims as the Sheikh had been walking quite quickly to meet his escort to the Kings palace.

[Isarabaeum]

He looked out from his palace like an eagle of some sort, scrutinizing the area around him and its people so that he could keep an eye out for his guest.

"Any second now - our guest shall be here, I'm sure," he said to himself as he looked below. "Or maybe I've - simply lost track of time again."

[Kwadai]

Sheikh Omar was sweating to death...his Thawb was drenched. Back in KwaDai he was used to air conditioned cars and buildings, he very much doubted the car he was in was air conditioned. Even though KwaDai was a desert also and likely hotter than this one, he still felt as if this country was being blasted by water hoses to create that sticky feeling. nevertheless Sheikh Omar looking forward to meeting the King and creating new economic ties for KwaDai. The Kings palace loomed int view......

When he finally spotted the car, he began to make is way all of the way back down to the bottom floor of where he lived and though it was a bit difficult for him to do so anyways, he managed. When his guest knocked at the door, the King slowly opened the large doors and greeted him so kindly.

"Hello mon ame ('my friend"), you are the Sheikh, may I presume? Sorry - where are my manners? I am King Vasil the First of Isarabaeum, but you can just call me Vasil for short instead. And you, sir? What would you like for me to call you?"

[Kwadai]

A pleasure to meet you Vasil, I am Sheikh Omar bin Hamdan al Amman, Crown Prince of KwaDai, you may call me Omar", the Sheikh says "and this is my secretary Imam", he says indicating the girl standing next to him.

[Isarabaeum]

"Omar and Imam? I will try my best to remember your names then, and as for my men that I need here to set up ANY kind of deal, they are already here, just to let you know. They are waiting for me and are also ready when you are, or would rather deal with such today or tomorrow - if you'd like to stay that long. We would not mind either way, honestly, for our nation is more lively at night anyways. At least, that has always been my opinion."

Before he made his way back up the stair case again though, he told them

"My foreign advisers'' name is Lukas, and my governmental - one you can call Mr. Prosser."

[Kwadai]

"Omar and Imam? I will try my best to remember your names then, and as for my men that I need here to set up ANY kind of deal, they are already here, just to let you know. They are waiting for me and are also ready when you are, or would rather deal with such today or tomorrow - if you'd like to stay that long. We would not mind either way, honestly, for our nation is more lively at night anyways. At least, that has always been my opinion."

Before he made his way back up the stair case again though, he told them

"My foreign advisers'' name is Lukas, and my governmental - one you can call Mr. Prosser."

"I think tomorrow would be more suitable we have have just came off of an eight hour flight, more lively at night? Same as in KwaDai we usually stay indoors though as it escapes the severe heat outside, may I add your palace is beautiful." Sheikh Omar says to Vasil. "Also, may I ask where the bathroom is?, As you an see my clothes are damp from sweat and I need to change them",he says removing his keffiyeh from his head "Imam will take over"

[Isarabaeum]

"The bathroom is up stairs, and wow - an eight hour flight - talk about immense! Anyhow, I will show you the way, as I have a room that is always set up ahead of time specifically for this reason."

After leading them for a short distance up stairs, he pointed out where both the bathroom and bedroom was, and it was here where you could notice that he walked with a distinctive limp and cane as well while he rubbed his own back too. Still, he marched on, and quickly passed by him the two men whom he had mentioned earlier now as well.

"If you would like to go to sleep now, I understand. As for me - if you need me - I will not be too far away, as I plan to stay here tonight too. Thank you for saying that about my palace though. But I can't claim credit for it, for I lived and grew up here - it was my grand father who pioneered the building of this place."

[Kwadai]

"Alright - good night then. I think I shall do the same too, or at least lay down - since my spine is bothering me again." He could not wait for the morning to come, and when it did - he made sure that he was ready, but he still had to call his advisers.

(OOC: I do not mind whether what you write back to me is long or short, for everyone has their preferences)

"Very nice room don't you think Omar?" Imam asks the Sheikh whilst examining the bookshelf "Yes, very ornate and well kept", he replies.
"Goodnight", he says switching off the lamp and waiting for the morning.

The King did not sleep to well last night, but that did not bother him too much - so to pass the time until his guests had waken up themselves, he drank some tea and quietly talked too himself until then. At some point, he grabbed out a large book for himself as well, one full of empty pages so he could begin writing with it as well.

Omar spent the whole night tossing and turning the unusual climate made him restless during the night he finished 3 whole water bottles also.
When the morning came he had never felt as happy for the night to have ended

"I could be bound in a nutshell and counted as a King of infinite space, were it not on the account that I have bad dreams," he finished with before he looked back at Omar and knew where he was, thanks to his foot steps.

"I have my men I need to call before and if we start any deals now, so you may get dressed if you would like to. I am ready myself, but they are not - but that was because I was going to let you decide that yourself."

Omar smiles and says "I am ready but I am just waiting for Imam to get dressed then we can continue","Vasil, you look very tired, is everything alright?", The Sheikh asks

"You needn't worry about me, though I still thank you kindly for doing so anyhow. But I will admit that yes, I am a bit tired - I will not deny the obvious. That being said, I will call my advisers while we wait for Imam, for such would be good use of that time if you ask me." He then smiled and looked up toward Omar, since he was clearly taller than Vasil was. The difference in height could even be seen from afar, but he never had let his short stature hinder him any. What use did it have in any deal anyways?

But he tried anyways to ignore what was on his mind, since it was nothing but unpleasant thoughts of what he would have to deal with once his guest left.

"Are you finished yet Imam?", Sheikh Omar asks his secretary through the door as he most definetly did not want to walk in on her.
"Almost I am just adjusting my Abaya", came Imam's reply, "There done", she says opening the door and walking out on to the corridor. "Oh good grief Vasil what happened to you?", Imam says staring at him. Omar secretly hoped the King would not be annoyed at her saying this as he had just answered the very same question. "Are you ok, you are looking dreadful this morning"

[Isarabaeum]

"I am just tired, do not worry. Some weariness has bitten its way into my bones. But that is all," he tried his best to assure them.

"It is just that our neighbors to the north have scared us some recently, for they have threatened us more so in the past six months than they have in nearly decades since - just to let you know. Personally, I believe that violence solves nothing, but they clearly think that the opposite is true. Now it is like them to talk about us like this on a daily basis, as they have on and off for nearly five centuries now since their founding. They do not like us at all, and recently have reminded us of so by sending warheads by our shores. We're just glad that we were able to spot them and therefor intercept them in time."

Weakly he smiled afterwards, trying his best to not cry as well. He never even liked the thought of war, as he thought that such was the worst and most unnecessary evil that was avoidable too.

[Kwadai]

"How dreadful, anyways leave bad worries behind and less get down to business", Omar says to Vasil

[Isarabaeum]

"Thank you, and yes - we shall. You are a far more important matter than they are anyhow," he reminded him with.

He then pulled off of the wall what looked like an old - fashioned wired to the wall phone like you see in older movies, and hand - dialed in the numbers that he needed so that he could contact his men. When they arrived not too long after, they were ready once more and found a large enough table for the deals to spread out on, so that they could also read them on a table.

"What would you like to discuss first?", then asked the King while his men watched diligently.

[Kwadai]

"I think transportation between our nations would be suitable. Inter Arab Airways has not yet got your country as a destination", Omar says handing everyone a leaflet about the airline

[Isarabaeum]

"We can do that. But would YOU manage the connection, or - because if you want to, we don't mind. If it were concerning cruise ships to here though, that would be different - since as we can tell you, our people love that kind of stuff."

"I suggest it be a joint operation," Vasil's head - of - governement manager, Mr. Prosser, then said. "It would be th safest for both of us."

"I agree," Lukas then reminded everyone.

[Kwadai]

"Cruises, would be good as would cargo ships we can export kilo litres of oil per month"

[Isarabaeum]

"We don't really need too much oil, just to let you know. It would help warm our homes, but that's about it. Mostly everything here's electricity - powered anyways, but we still kindly appreciate your offer. I DO know that such could be used for petroleum though, you know - to make bags? So a little would help, but again - we don't really need to much."

The King the grabbed a scroll's worth of paper off his back and began to write down something in his native language, which appeared to you to look like nothing but a series of circles with dots and lines within them.
