Flag Maker?

I desperately need a new flag, but my skills at paint are unimpressive. If any map makers out there are willing to give it a try, here is what I need:

I would like it to include red white and blue (although not the American, Russian, or Dutch flag) and I would like there to be an eagle in the center or off to the left (either one). The eagle could be gold, but doesn't have to be, although it cannot be colored like a normal eagle. (So gold, silver, bronze, black, white, red, blue, all one color for certain).

If anyone is up to helping me I would really appreciate it.

Hmmm.... could you try switching the white and the red? I think it might look better that way.

If you don't like it I can redo it, just give me the sRGB (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_colors) code for the shade of red you want (I used Dark Red sRGB: 139, 0, 0).
