The Principality of Viridisolum
Her Serene Viridisian Highness's Government
The Ministry of EconomyTO: United Mailing Service of the Constitutional Federal Republic of ViZion
FROM: The Minister of Economy of the Principality of Viridisolum
Dear Madame,
The Crown desires to sell one of its corporations servicing Her Serene Viridisian Highness's subjects: Princely Viridisian Mail Corporation. P.V.M.C ever since it was chartered has been the boast and pride of the Nation's discarded ideology of state capitalism, which caused the downfall of the Nation's economy in the early 1990s that resulted into a nationwide paralysation of economic activities in both public and private sectors.
Today it is, in the eyes of Viridisian magnates and business owners of all scales, a mockery and an obstacle to prosperity and wealth. It is a money drain to Viridisian taxpayers. To add that, thanks to poor management, P.V.M.C has failed to meet the demands of Viridisian subjects for a more organized, efficient and quality service which was already an issue a decade ago. And that it also failed to maintain its assets which made itself dependent on Crown subsidy and loans.
Our application is as follow:Selling Postal Service
Contact Name: Rhakir Konroras Ryriri, Chief Executive
Your Nation: The Principality of Viridisolum, commonly known as Viridisolum or simply Princely Mail.
Name of Your Postal Service: Princely Viridisian Mail Corporation, usually abbreviated as P.V.M.C.
Government Run? Yes
Gross Income, 2012: F$6,973,332
Total Outflow, 2012: F$9,146,000
Net Profit or Loss: F$380,000,000
Population Served: 53,030,969
How Good is Your Distribution Network? Poor/Decent/Good/Excellent
Additional Information: Princely Viridisian Mail Corporation plc (P.V.M.C or Princely Mail) is a postal service company in the Principality of Viridisolum. P.V.M.C was established and chartered in 1916 under the rule of Sovereign Prince Hyalo VIII.
The Company is responsible for mail collection and delivery throughout Viridisolum. Letters are deposited in a pillar or wall box, taken to a post office, or collected in bulk from businesses. Deliveries are made at least once every day except Sundays, National Holidays, and Princely Rejoicings. First Class deliveries are generally made the next business day throughout the nation.
The Crown seeks to privatize P.V.M.C in order to improve itself under better management in foreign, private hands. Though, we would like to request that the "Princely" title will not be dropped, that the pillar and wall boxes will continue to traditionally carry the Princely cyphers of the reigning monarch at the time of their installation, and that postage stamps will continue to bear the reigning monarch's image and cypher with our country's official name. We are willing to negotiate for the continuation of the aforesaid at any terms that is agreeable.
I hope to hear from you soon to discuss this matter further.
God bless us all,
Jajilal Etzlos Namak, Ministry of Economy

To Rhakir Konroras Ryriri, Princely Viridisian Mail Corporation;
Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate your interest in becoming part of a world-leading team dedicated to ensuring fast, efficient, customer-centric postal and parcel services. We are pleased to extend an offer of $915 million. There will be obvious restructuring necessary to combat the rising costs, and as such we cannot guarantee that all jobs will be kept, or that all wages will remain at their current level or above. With that said, we do strive to preserve jobs and offer competitive wages that will lead to happy, productive employees.
We do, over the course of one year, plan on phasing out the name Princely Viridisian Mail Corporation; until then, however, we will rebrand as the UMS - Princely Viridisian Mail Corporation. Ultimately, we will be branded as the United Mailing Service of Viridisolum.
While we do not ask for any financial assistance directly, we do ask that we receive taxes relief on any taxes in excess of 6%. This will greatly benefit the business' turn-around speed and effectiveness, and will allow us to pass on the savings to your people. Those customers will then be able to put that money towards other areas of the economy that very well could benefit the governments bottom line.
Thank you.

Dear Madame,
The Crown accepts your offer and is excited to see what the future has in store for us. Crown subsidies will remain until the "Princely" title is dropped, along with any symbols and imagery mentioning Her Serene Highness the Sovereign Princess, Her Predecessors, national icons of pride and heroism, and the Princely Family. Loans from the Crown to Princely Mail have been forgiven as a welcoming gesture to the new management. Your request of relief in taxes concerning us has been granted as well.
Her Serene Highness Princess Ellaia, I and Viridisolum thanks you and your company everything that will benefit both the Nation and us.
The Crown still wishes to continue on negotiating an agreement for our requests that we have mentioned in our previous missive. And if it ends in favour of the Crown, subsidies will be continued until the end of Princely Mail, or time perhaps if it manages to last that long. This is for the sake of me and my country's adoration and life-long allegiance to the Crown.
I hope to hear from Your Excellency soon to discuss this matter further.
God bless us all,
Rhakir Konroras Ryriri, Princely Viridisian Mail Corporation
