Dear the United States of America, I have gone over this and I agree that peace needs to be established in the Balkans, but I also think that Greece owes apologies and needs to sign a Pact of Mutual Non-Aggression with the Slavic Nations. And that we need to end Italian Hostility to Greece. So I would like the President's Endorsement to sign a Balkan Non-Aggression Pact. And if any Balkan Nation or Greece or Italy breaks it they will be embargoed and will be forced to pay reparations to the Defenders. Sincerely King George V
Dear King of Greece. I have gone over the crisis and I withdraw my endorsement of the Italian Invasion of Greece. But also that you need to halt all invasions of any slavic nations and that you and all Slavic nations need to sign the Balkan Non-Aggression Pact. Sincerely King George V
Dear King of Italy, the British Empire formally withdraws its endorsement of your wrongful invasion of Greece. Cease now or the British Empire and other nations wishing to end this conflict will enforce the Balkan Non-Aggression pact on your kingdom. And should you deny then you can declare us no longer allies. This is a tough decisions but your invasion was unlawful and the President of the United States has shown me wisdom. Sincerely King George V
Dear President of France, I ask, as your ally, that you help keep peace in the Balkans by co-signing and endorsing the Balkans Non-Aggression Pact. And that you ask Russia to join as well. We also ask that the French Navy stop any Greek, Italian, or Slavic Ships until this crisis can be solved. Sincerely King George V

We agree to have a full withdraw but we are going to end our alliance because of your regretful change of heart. It seems to the Italian people you care little for the notion of friendship and for this we are sorry but we will also end the interchanging of our economic advisers that we so recently established to work together. Best of luck to you and may we not see each other on opposite sides of a war in the future.

To all Esteemed Nations and Investors
We have struck a massive finding of oil, and we are currently in the state of beginning our oil industry. With the help of Foreign Investments, we can quickly build our oil industry that will soon make our economy very prosperous. We do, however, only allow some investors, due to rumors of corruption from other rich colonial powers. The United States, on the other hand, followed with Britain, France, and the Netherlands, could help out on building our industry and nation, so we could provide people with what they need.
Sincerely,
Presidente Andre Hernandez
Vice Presidente Raul Xochillo

Dear Venezuela, The British Royal investors will be sending 20 of our richest and smartest investors to help build up Venezuela. But the British Empire asks that you keep the United States out of this deal, seeing as they should not involve themselves in your business. The British Empire would also like to build railroads in Venezuela. The railroads will be owned by your government and 35% of all tax of the railroads, including business and ticket taxes, will go to the British Empire. We also would like to make a formal trade agreement. Sincerely King George V

The French army had defeated the 259 German defenders, even though they fought bravely they where outnumbered and out gunned. The French Army then continued it's march to it's destination.
Kunming, Yunnan Province, China
With the Yunnan Province firmly in French Control, the French Army, after leaving a pro-French party/policing militia in charge, the province was absorbed into Indochina. The French force, then began it's march to Chongqing

Chongqing, China
The city was under siege, French artillery guns hammered the cities defences constantly, machinegun positions exploding in a frenzy of fire and shrapnel. French and Chinese infantrymen met on the field of battle, engaging in vicious melee combat. An officer, known as Thierry fired at an incoming Chinese soldier with his revolver, he then loaded his gun once again and fired, killing two more Chinese soldiers, he squinted and saw an opening to the city and soon rallied his men "Soldiers!" he called "There!" his hand moved off his belt and towards the two damaged buildings which opened a way to the city, soon the French soldiers had pushed the Chinese forces into these buildings, out them and back into the city. Now the battle for Chongqing had begun.

The tramp of marching Russian boots filled the streets and alleyways of the major trade city of the Qing, and Dimitrov wiped his brow with the back of his sleeve. The long columns of marching men seemed endless to him, and these chill steppes were achingly familiar like his homeland near the Urals. All the same, the Tsar wanted him here, and his pay was very good indeed. Men sang as they trudged along, and even the battle of the day before seemed to have left them unfazed.
Darkhan, Russian Mongolia
Shots rang about Yuri's head, and he blazed with his Mosin again at the fleeing Qing forces. This was the last front of resistance against the Khan and the Tsar's men, and the retreating Chinese had been bloodied and sent home with their tails between their legs. Mongolia had been under the Russian thumb for months now, but at last the final vestiges of the former occupiers had been expunged. The benevolent rule of Imperial Russia had now come to Mongolia fully, and the land would prosper beneath the loving gaze of his Majesty Nicholas II.
Harbin, North-Eastern China
Cheers filled the streets, and many Russian heads sprouted amongst those of the locals as the Tsar's men paraded triumphantly through the capital of Heilonjang Province, now to join the Russian Empire. A few shots were barely audible in the distance as the Qing forces were driven back south and west towards the waiting Japanese line, but Heilonjang was now free of the Qing.
