Radical Feminism isn't really a rampant issue in Ruskarkand. Both the High Dragoness and the up and coming High Dragooness are both Female, as you may have assumed from their titles. Likewise, the majority of Ruskarkand's military is composed of Female Dragonkinians since front-line infantry roles are exclusively limited to Females. A number of famous Generals in the Ruskarkand Military are also Female. Granted, these radical offsets are due to the fact that Female Dragonkinians are actually a lot more capable, more adaptable than Male Dragonkinians, and often make better tacticians as well.

Despite what the numbers suggest, rights across the board when it comes to Gender equality are indeed as equal as can be, void some Military roles, but that's beside the point. Rallies, Protests and the like are non-existent, because nobody could possibly be upset with the current conditions that are on the table.

In Clintonia we don't have any feminists. We achieved in 4 short years what third wave feminism couldn't do in 40. We just passed a law against using gender as a consideration outside of medicine. In Clintonia we think it's ridiculous people try to get equality by only addressing problems of one gender. The average Clintonian thinks that feminists want to institute 100 years of matriarchy to "make it fair" and are only at this point interested in female empowerment, and not equality.

The Imperial Houses of the Crownlands are all strictly patriarchal. Thus, it is impossible for a female to hold the title of Thrice-Crowned Emperor, nor lead any of the respective Patrimonies (Including The Novograd Patrimony, despite it being elective). Feminism, is general, is frowned upon, as The Crownlands feels defined gender roles help create a more stable, apt society. After all, its not vital for women to work 50 hour weeks, but it IS vital that children have a stable home to grow up in, a good teacher, and that the working members of the family aren't further stressed by extra housework, and can relax after a long day of work. That's not to say women don't have jobs, or that we punish them for doing so; Its just, by and large, the different sexes have different, but both vital roles in the development of our society.

In the political sphere, they are allowed to voice themselves, and run for position in The Citizens' Assemblies if they so choose, but are generally regulated to the same level of relivence as imperialist and facist parties.

Like I said before women have the same amount of rights as men but they have shown to be incapable military leaders and below average front line soldiers. The attributes and strength needed to even pass the basic training of 72 weeks in all branches breaks the minds and bodies of many recruits to make sure the best of the best get through. Women generally don't have the capability to even last the minimum of 23 weeks.

Women's Rights are enforced just as much as Men's Rights. Favoring one gender (as feminism is defined) is considered a form of sexism and therefore is illegal, as is the same for masculism.
