I'd like to have UK, Belgium and the Netherlands if TBG gets Canada or I'd like the territory I already asked for (portugal, the Northern half of Spain and the West half of France with five islands in the atlantic, being 3 of which Madeira, Azores and the Canaries). But, yeah I don't think previous territories have any relevance.

So, for now, pick the territories you want. Don't edit them on the map. Write down what territories you want. Also, but in bold those territories you 100% want, in case I think your claim is too big.
Try not to pick very large quantities of land.
