How do you feel when you're drunk?

After a little Halloween party I feel drunk now.
Thing is, I don't feel as if I didn't have any control. It's more as if there was a small part of my brain watching everything I do and sometimes this part also tells me what to do. But this completely rational part of doesn't have full control. And so I feel as if I do things which the rational part calls utterly stupid. But if I really, really concentrate, this rational part takes over and does things like writing this.
So back to the question, how do you feel when you're drunk. How's your control over yourself?

I feel the same way, maybe a psychologist will let us know what it means.

I also have no problem using big words when I'm drunk, sometimes my mouth doesn't work quite right though...

I think I've been drunk once. I feel very, very sleepy, and I start swearing at people in Russian for some reason. I don't even speak Russian!

Introspective. Gah they are the worse kind of drunks...

I have stages.

After the first 11 units or so. I feel moderatly impassive. Then I get more apathetic each unit consumed. It's the best way

I feel happy for the most part. Sometimes I get upset if I start thinking about my problems, but usually its a good time. Most of all its relaxing. As far as self control goes, I tend to do most things that I think of, instead of stopping myself like I would normally.

Quite good, actually, on the whole. I sometimes say ill-advised things aloud, and there are occasionally fine motor control problems, but I don't do anything I wouldn't do while in the right mood to do sober.

Depends on how drunk I am...If im a little buzzed, Im liable to make more bad jokes...If Im really drunk, Im liable to require the wall for support on the way to the Bathroom, :lol:

Good either way, unless I get so bad Im vomiting...Which Ive only done once...

Sometimes I have a hard time standing without grabbing something for support, but I've never actually fallen down so I might not be that off balance. I can tell that my moods have become substantially more "swingy," although I tend to be a sad drunk (meaning: morose, thoughtful, weepy, and occasionally philosophical) without very, very good company or a funny/terrible movie to keep me entertained.
Also, the world gets really, really into focus. It's weird, the edges around everything get really sharp (as opposed to blurry, as is normal), and I can pick up details I'd have missed sober. However, it feels like the frame rate of the world has slowed dramatically, as if I were playing a game that put too much strain on my computer so it dropped to 5 or 10 fps.
My head feels like it is filled with warm, damp cloth. If I'm just a little buzzed, the cloth is just slightly damp, very warm and pressed up against the inside of my face. As more booze enters my system, the cloth starts getting cooler and wetter while it clumps into my skull until my head feels so heavy that I just want to lay it down.

Generally I'm pretty good, although I do get very chatty and enthusiastic, and enjoy intellectual discussion even more so than usual. Yeah. Weird.

As has been said already, it depends on just how drunk I get. I tend to know my limits pretty well.... Haha, that's a lie - I tend to get very drunk over the course of a night, struggle to remember much, have shit hangovers. As for control, I don't have any.

There is a stage just before constant double vision where if I close my eyes and then open them I do actually get double vision but it slowly merges into one sight, everything slows down, it's really neat.

Then if I do get double vision I just drink more and get triple vision and then aim for the middle object, problem solved.

Several gradations, as mentioned before. At first, mostly just warm, sharp and it makes me tongue sharper as well. I loosen up quite a lot. My friends seem to like this mode.
Then there's the slightish drunk mode; I start 'feeling' my face, I tend to sing and dance, mostly into myself and I start buying rounds for all me pals. The persons that I go out with tend to really like this one.
And finally, there's a border which can only be described as fucking pissed. Can't walk straight, tend to hang on people, only utter crap leaves my mouth, and I consider myself to be quite annoying in that case. Thankfully this doesn't happen quite a lot, but if that happens it means I won't remember most details the day after and being 'ill' for at least 20 hours.

I very rarely actually get "drunk" per se, which is to say that it's been years since the last time I consumed more than 3 or 4 drinks in a sitting. I don't remember it being particularly different than being tipsy, in terms of emotional/mental effects - it just added in the additional "fun" of falling over a lot and feeling like I might throw up. When tipsy, I mostly just feel more relaxed, prone to giggliness, and sleepy.

See, thats your problem right there. You're only drinking on the weekends, when you realize that the breakfast of champions is the last shot you poured before you passed out on a Tuesday night, then you've had enough drinking.

Its not that hard to do really. Especially if you go to clubs and the like. IIRC Parthenon is in DC, so it might be pretty expensive in those parts.
