Thanks for the heads up, I think I got them all.

Annoying problem: when NS crashes, it may forget about tags which were added by users. Then regions have to re-add them. It may also forget about ones which were recently removed due to regions CTEing, which then become tags floating in the system without a region attached. Hence the list above. I still should write some code to have the Daily Update clean those up automatically.

Actually, I had refounded a lot of regions, and the bulk of them had cleared up by letting them all die off. These were the ones that remained as Zombies in the system. I figured that it be better to report these few, instead of saying there are over 500 dead regions floating around in the system. I hope by doing this mass refound does not do more harm than good.
