On a major fishing boat away from Great Holy Prussia, some Fishermen discover land. One fisherman shouts: "Land h- Wait a minute, this isn't on any maps!" Another fisherman tells him that: "That is strange. Maybe we had too many beer?" A third Fisherman, who doesn't drink beer on fishing boats, tells the two that: "I haven't seen you drinking beer on this ship since we set sail! Maybe this is a new land!" The three Fishermen, rush to a Water-Proof Fax Machine, and they send a little telegram to the Kaiser.

We have found a piece of land that isn't on any maps, both from the damned Democracy and our glorious land we have today, and I think it ISN'T A colony that those Democrats have exiled to. Can we send settlers to this land to claim it for our GLORIOUS EMPIRE? All Hail the Kaiser!

The Kaiser, then replied to the telegram, with another one.

Of course! I will send some Homeless People, put them on a Cargo Boat with LOTS of supplies for building a home and creating electricity, a manual for the Electricity, and send in Construction Workers and Miners and other people to look at the land. I will also send some Navy Ships, to go all around your Island, to make sure we have the place to control this entire land.

After 3 Days of not telling the public about this island, The people arrive, and mark their point on the Island. This is a start... of a new Empire, and a possible start for all the other nations, so Great Holy Prussia has allowed other nations to claim the island.

OOC: This is my SECOND RP that I am going to create, and here are the rules for this RP.

1: RP with some effort. No One-Liners, or RPs that generally lack effort.

A new land has been discovered, with only one other nation staking a claim! What a perfect opportunity to bring the United Socialist States of Ryaanistan onto the world stage! As this letter is being typed, we have already assembled a group of 10,000 settlers with another 10,000 on the way, complete with building supplies, arms, and foodstuffs. They will be arriving via ship in the next 3 days (OOC: which is relatively 3 hours since that is when I will be back online)

We are very interested to see if this island will possess natural resources for us to trade with and boost our economy, and if this island will possess friendly natives, with which we can introduce the glorious ideals of socialism. We thank you for this opportunity comrade!

The Prussian Settlers arrive, and the scouting ships, scanning the coasts, found another Island, but they saw another flag. The Flag of Ryaanistan. The Prussians on the boat are pissed, and they are demanding that the Kaiser send in Troops, at the North Coast of the Prussian Island, and to put in forts across the coast. of the Unclaimed North of the Island. After 3 Days, 100 000 Troops land on the Southern Island that the world has found so far, and they start building forts. More Settlers arrive, and move in, to own the entire Island that they landed on first.

This is captain James Rales of the Slipspacian prototype FTL colony craft Phoenix attempting to contact any friendly forces.... Ah who am I kidding, there is no way we can reach them with this radio. We have been stranded on a unknown planet in a unknown location, our long range communications are out and we have lost a fair amount of our advanced technology in our crash, luckily we landed on a Terra type planet. Also, in the crash, we sustained heavy causalities, most of the colonization force was killed.

We have made no contact with any local people. As stated earlier, most of our equipment was lost, however we have enough to field 3 armies, navies, air wings. Most of the rest of of our equipment is on the level of the locals, other then a few things such as solar power, as we stopped using coal and oil a long time ago.I hope they don't notice us, we will try to isolate ourselves from everyone until we can contact home again.

P.S: I hope nobody noticed the giant flaming fireball that we made as we reentered the atmosphere.

We meant no disrespect in our pursuit of the glory for Ryaanistan, please don't take our land claim as a symbol of aggressive expansion. I'm sure our nations can achieve a joint and progressive development through friendly relations and trade! My comrade, even if you disagree with us, let us be honest in the fact that we seek mutual benefit.

Let us prove friendly relations, by offering you to be the first nation to have open borders with our territory. Furthermore, we would like to form a joint exploration group between our 2 great nations to further explore and discover resources around the island, as well geographically map the land.

OOC: Ummm is that modern tech?

OOC: the first bit of military things are not modern tech however every military thing from now on will be either modern or slightly more advanced(considering I have no backup from any homelands and that my total population is about 10 million),and the mines/factories/powerplants are not modern they are more advanced. However everything else after it will be either modern or SLIGHTLY more advanced (crashed FTL colony ship remember?), some thing may even be less advanced due to not having to be used in such a long time or technology lost in the crash.
