None of the above mentioned are actually "Christian" in any way. They're separate and unrelated sects that take either a perversion or general derivation of the accepted canon.

Stolen, been disrespectful to my parents, taken the Lord's name in vein and have been less than diligent in my seeking fellowship of other Christians.

The thing is, I am genuinely sorry for what I've done, and I endeavor not to repeat my mistakes.
I don't have sex with anyone but my wife. I try to be respectful to my father and mother (though I don't always succeed) and I've begun going back to church. I've still got a dirty mouth, but I'm getting a bit better. I'm not a model Christian by any means... but God still loves me.

If you are genuinely sorry for what you do that is sinful making efforts to end your sinful practices, then you are doing what it takes. God even tells you that you'll never be perfect- just forgiven.
If you don't try to correct the defects with real regret and sorrow in your heart, then you're not getting anywhere. Of all you mentioned, only 'bisexual' sets off alarms in my head. A Christian can't accept being 'bisexual'; homosexuality is inherently sinful.
