Don't quote me, but I've heard the huge uber-mega-gigantic-enormous-giant regions have automessage software which automatically messages newly created nations...I think...then again that could just be a rumor...the easiest way I could think of is get a massive recruitment squad to do it, then again I think that applies under spam therefore a bannable and or warnable offense...

You can't. You can however send ONE recruitment message to recently made nations that are in the Pacifics.

Automatic telegrams are no longer legal. Even the major regions have stopped. There are sometimes scripts involved, but each telegram is supposed to be sent by a human, not a scripted interface.

No they don't. You got a single message 3 minutes after you created your nation, plus a total of three (legal) recruitment messages when you revived your nation and it was sitting in Osiris. Active players sent you those messages.
