Of course, the Drakon and Tyrannus Family both co-rule over Saurisia and help ease the burden off the Dragon Court as well as serving as another check-and-balance against the three government branches in case they grow too powerful. Plus, the people love the Monarchs (the Drakonians especially).

Vampirum has a monarchy system based on Counts/Countesses. The royal leader shares half ruling power with the 'Court of Elders' in which they decide if any laws proposed by the Count/Countess should be passed.

No, there is an elected emperor who can last for as long as said emperor wants to hold power. Some emperors retire within just a few years as Parliament does most of the work of ruling the country. Some call them kings, but a king is a true hereditary monarch and our emperor is popularly elected.

In the earlier designs of Cruciland, (OOC'ly speaking) there was something of a constitutional monarchy. Later on, I changed them to a totalitarian meritocracy, where bloodline does not determine leadership. Raw skill does.

Yes, however there is a parliament for both local lords and ladies (Baron's, Count's, and Duke's) and one from Commoners (it is a bicameral house system).

No, the Holy Amercian Republic was given the republican system of government by our Lord and his son Jesus Christ.

That is enough to prove that we don't need a monarchy.

Yes, we have a Constitutional Monarchy, which has been in place for centuries and is showing no signs of faltering.

Yes, we have a constitutional monarchy. Our government is separated into three distinct branches with the Queen and Prime Minister as the executive branch; a bicameral Legislature; and a Supreme Court and other inferior courts. Unlike in other monarchies, the Prime Minister is elected separately and is not a member of the Legislature. No person who serves in one branch may at the same time occupy an office in another branch.
