From the events described above, we can say that a civil war has broken out. Sometime in December, a terrorist organization wanting to spread communism across our island country formed, and began to plan attacks. On December 25th, the largest attack they did blew up an entire mall. Although small attacks occurred before this, this attack was huge. During this recent attack, police scattered the terrorists after rushing into the downtown area as they advanced, and killed 4. A civilian with a gun shot the other 5th terrorist. Our president is still alive, luckily. We ask for support in this civil war, but we do realize that there are those out there who may want to help the terrorist organization. If you do support the Supporters of Communism, feel free, but be warned, you will become the enemy of the UIP. 100,000 citizens have turned, and are wiling to fight to the death to spread communism around the country. Communism is a disease that steals the right from people, and it shall not advance in our country for as long as we fight, and we will fight to the end.

"I got an e-mail from the Minister of Foreign Affairs," Julia Menzone, Minister of Foreign Economics, looking as beautiful as ever, talking to her secretary . "We will put economic sanctions on them. Not much money being donated to the Red Army. It's quite strange, actually."

"Alright, should we release this to the public?" Jenna Melbora, Julia's Secretary and friend asks.

"Go for it." Julia tells her Secretary. Soon, information will be released to the public.

"Um, Mr. Brown, things aren't looking good." Jens says.

"What's wrong?" Jhon replies

"Well, the Transitional Government of Arkotania wants to help the communists. They could train the Red Army, and send Military Hardware." Jens says, with great concern.

"Arkotania is an enemy, then. They aren't just sending money, they are giving them full fledged support. Arkotania is now an enemy in this war. If they attack, we will send an Aircraft Carrier with a minesweeper, and 2 battleships and cruisers." Jhon confirms.

You fight for freedom by killing military not civilians and you do so by making an official delcaration of independence/war. "Good. We accept their help. Air support is crucial, the terrorists have entered some small towns and are killing the population. Police are on the scene, as is the National Guard, and we need some troops to parachute down to wipe out the terrorists holding the towns captive." Jhon says.

We have just emerged from a previous conflict and would not like to intervene directly in this one, but we would still like to support the Red Army in its struggle for independence against Imperialist, but from a more humanitarian perspective. We will be providing 100 WA sanctioned (NON-COMBATANT) military doctors to be air-lifted to the Red Army's territory to take care of their wounded forces and civilians in the area. If you open fire on them then we will condemn your actions, declare war on you, and assemble a coalition of any allied force we can muster to attack you on the accusation of terrorism and war crimes. We assure you that our doctors are being sent in for HUMANITARIAN support.

"It appears that Imperial Tokugawa supports the Blue Army." Jens tells Jhon.

"Good, we need all the support we can get. Australia hasn't responded to our telegram asking for help. Sachyenya may help us. Let's just hope that the entire ARK helps us, and maybe an anti-communism alliance could help.

"Also, Ryaanistan wants to send humanitarian aid to the Red Army," Jens starts. "If we attack, they will go to war with us."

"Perhaps we can scare them away. Just have the military fire at trees and things nearby to scare them away. We need to get nurses and doctors to help our injured soldiers, too. We are about to free Oceanside, one of the southern towns near the coast. 20 soldiers are hurt, 4 are dead. That town is relatively small, though. Get the Department of Medicine to help. We will crush the communists." Jhon tells him. Soon, doctors from across the country begin to arrive, helping all injured soldiers recover.

A single container ship left port, flanked on both sides by two Ticonderoga-Class Cruisers. The ANS Egos and ANS Ordo were to escort the container ship, CAV Cybeum, to the boundary of UIP waters. All three ships would remain in International waters to avoid trespassing on another nations territory to avoid any sort of conflict. At the current moment, none of the naval crew were willing to initiate the first aggression and would only fire in self-defense.

He looked over at the container ship CAV Cybeum, which was a slightly old ship. The deck was lined with only short rows of colorful and ugly containers. He hoped the captain was experienced enough to handle the stress of this encounter, since freighter ship captains never were really threatened by the naval forces of other nations. Of course the Government of Arkotania would not send an inexperienced person on such a mission.
