The NationStates mods are strict. They would not allow me to use the word "his" in the condemnation. Therefore, I want to try a second shot at the proposal, and get it OK'ed by some SC vets before I post it:

Condemn Topdop

A resolution to express shock or dismay towards a nation or region.

Nominee: Topdop

Description: The Security Council,

SHOCKED that Topdop would eject numerous nations from The East Pacific with no fear, favor, or precedence,

APPALLED that one of the renowned regions where newly founded nations get placed would become a region of dictatorship due to Topdop's numerous ejections,

ASHAMED that what otherwise would be the region with the most nations is a region full of ejection and corruption due to Topdop's evildoing, and

HOPING that this Condemnation might show unto the nation of Topdop the opinion that they have committed evildoing of enormous proportions,

Hereby Condemns the Ejection Commissioner of Topdop.

Reading the SC rules might be a good place to start. Specifically Rule 4 as I'd suggest your use of "he"in the 'Hoping' clause could still be a violation of it.

I think instead of "they have" it should be "it has." A single nation is singular.

Well I say they should flee the tyranny of the East Pacific and, with trusted allies, create their own havens far out of the clutches of Topdop or Scooba-de-bee-bop or whatever their name is! Annoying puppet? So much bleeding of influence to be the delegate for a feeder. You'll never see the Grandnarfolium or any of it's satellite states ruling such a region! Considering you are from one of the more trustworthy strings of puppetry's many players I believe you.

I read the East Pacific banned list, and I hardly found anything that should had been brought by bad idea, probably a lot of antagonism against Nazist and german subjects, but that is a matter of ideologies, and ideologies we already decided should go out of these rooms if they have nothing to do with game actions.

So I'll vote AGAINST a condemnation.

So I'll vote AGAINST a condemnation.

Those are all Greater German Reich adspammers, actually. LCG violated our RMB Regulation Act maybe half a million times and he's not allowed to post any more spam in our region without it being suppressed and without his puppets being banned (if the latter is possible at the time when the spam is caught). It's not so much an antagonism of Nazis as it is retaliation against the antagonism of a specific Nazi.
