I will be you WA Delegate I know we have talked about it but I was looking at the settings and the Facebook about Corrupt Nation and it says that there is no WA Delegate and that you have not chosen one and that you have not given power to the Delegte.

Fixed your title for you. Also, granting the delegate powers is not really a good idea for your region's safety..

No, we don't generally change region (or nation) names. You can however try to found that region.
