I would like to first offer my congratulations for the initial achievements which your various ministerial figures have established for your represented government by introducing the nation of Bresdenn to the international community at large. While I personally - and Her Majesty's Foreign Office - have not come across or hear of the existence of Bresdenn or any commercial or political presence of your represented government, nevertheless I would like to offer my sincere welcome to your represented nation.

Her Majesty's Government has long viewed the importance of extending a welcoming hand to new entrances and players of the international community not just in the form of rhetoric but also that of formality of conducting diplomatic affairs with the aforementioned nations located throughout the seven seas abroad. And it is with that long-held policy in mind that I have decided to send this letter to your desk; with the humble request for the establishment of a diplomatic mission representing the nineteen countries in the Most Christian Realm of Bresdenn.

As the appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Her Majesty the Queen of Alexandria and Empress of Yohannes, I would like to secondly offer a customary state gift on behalf of Her Majesty Garnet til Alexandros and Her Majesty's Foreign Office to His Majesty the King of the Bresdennian Realm, Brian IV Paul. Within the gift shall be found three gold-plated mini statues of Yohannesian Fishmongers and Peacocks - both well-acknowledged national animals of the nineteen countries.

Accompanying the above mentioned gift would be the request of the Chamber of Commerce of Yohannes for the removal of any remaining existing tariff and customs or excise trade barriers between Bresdenn and that of the nineteen countries in the region of Gholgoth. It is with the hope of eradicating any restrictive measures between our two economies' commercial and trade potentials that Her Majesty's Government hope for the flawless transfer and mutually beneficial connection of human resource, knowledge, educational and research opportunities as well as entrepreneurial spirit between both of our represented nations and people.

We have not come in contact with your works on the international stage, but we are excited to build lasting ties with the Empire of Yohannes. From Bresdennian Blue Sapphires and fine Bresdennian Furniture to the most potent marijuana, grains, wheat and tobacco. There will be no restrictions, tariffs, or barriers until the unfortunate event of the breaking of Bresdennian Law, insults or grievances to the Bresdennian Realm or diplomatic mission is being expelled.
