Grand Emperor Colerich von Hagar-Krieg, The first elected Grand Emperor of the Imperial Combine announces a meeting in the town of Munich, Bavaria, German Providence, The Krieg Empire.

All leaders of the Combine have been invited to the meeting to discuss the policies and charter ships of the Combine. Each nation will be allowed to submit one topic of discussion at a time to be voted on at a later time.

The Imperial Guard looked a Bit nervous as he said this. Many Soldiers had Died in Slazenagara Lately as there is a Civil War between the Monarchists and the Communists. Hundreds and Thousands of Civilians and Soldiers have already Died.

Ahh, Yes. You havent had much activity in your Military in a while though. We have been Fighting a Guerilla Warfare Type War in the Kyphnese Islands. Rustika was held off by my 36Th Elite Airborne Division. Lead by General Boronovsky. We have been defeated by are being Reinforced by Colonised Nations. On to a New Topic. We should Discuss the Terms of our Military. Like what is our Policy on POW. What is our Policy on The Way we fight an Enemy? Emperor Zeppelin thought carefully to Himself. He Knew that this would answer his Questions on what he had to Do to defeat the Communist Army that Had Taken the East and Central Parts of His Nation.

"Yes, if I recall, my son ordered support to your nation, but was forced to withdraw ground forces due to the invasion of Ruvia..

As for POWs, if they are conventional fighters, you will abide by WA regulations and human rights laws. However, anyone person or group that has undeniable proof of unconventional tactics or has commited acts of terrorism, then they are not considered Prisoners of War, but rather, Terrorist Prisoners, and as such, are not entitled to any rights or laws.. and you can do what you wish with them."
