Currency Design ?

Postby Antakarana » Mon Sep 03, 2012 1:41 pm

I was wondering, we have alot of flag makers, but what about custom currency design ? Of course I mean completely imaginary currencies, it's just that I'd personaly like to find someone out there who'd made these kinds of things.

Hey. I've been able to knock this up for myself. It's nothing too complicated, but it looks quite realistic (if I do say so myself :P).

I never thought about this topic before, but you inspired me to create them. Currently, I designed only the obverse, but I'm thinking on ideas to design the reserve and, finally, put them on my factbook. As you can see, the design is a reference to my national flag.

I'm also studying manners to make them look more realistic, like this pretty example just above.

That looks pretty good, just the face could deal with looking a bit less real. Kind of like a glossy, statue effect if you know what I'm reffering to.

I'm assuming through witchcraft.

As for the Seglandic currency, I've never really drawn up any designs, but I imagine it as looking similar to the US dollar, but more orange-tinted.
