It is our primary goal, with the help of honorable nations like yours, to help put an end to Communism. Communism has been the tool of evil dictators for many years. Dictators such as:
Mengistu Haile Mariam,
Kim Il-sung,
Pol Pot,
Enver Pasha,
Hideki Tōjō,
Leopold II of Belgium,
Joseph Stalin,
Mao Zedong, all of which earned a seat in Hell.
The Communist dictatorship has been corrupted repeatedly over the years. It's the belief of the ECAA that this is because too much power in the hands of one person, too many followers, or, in Communist terms, "slaves," and not enough freedom like that of a democracy is nothing more than a breeding ground for human rights violations, and oppression. A perfect example of this is in this website below, which shows all the same leaders I just mentioned, plus more, and the numbers of billions of people murdered, or enslaved due to Communist leaders...
The Top Ten Most Evil Dictators of All Time
This organization is new, and, as a result, is not very selective in its acceptance policies. We are looking for honorable nation; we are looking for leaders, commanders, and generals like you. We need kings, and queens; Mr., and Madam Presidents; and non-Communist dictators alike to come together for the goal of ending Communism in our world; for exposing the truths behind the new "fab" of Communism. People don't understand what they are supporting, when they support Communism.

ARTICLE I
Concerning Governments,
1. All member nations of the Eradicated Communist-Action Alliance must retain a Capitalist, Fascist, or other [b]non[/b]-Communist governmental system. Period.
2. All member nations' governments must take a firm, official stance against Communism, Marxism, Stalinism, Maoism, and other forms and variations of Communism of the world.
ARTICLE II
Concerning Military Aid and War
1. All member nations must be able and willing to donate at least 33.3% of your military to assist in defending a brother nation, or to take preemptive action against an overly aggressive Communist nation and convert it to a new system of governmental being.
2. All member nations must have have at least 10% of their total population as active members of their Armed Forces. The selected Branch doesn't matter.
3. If attacked, a member nation should call on the ECAA for assistance. If ordered by the Supreme Gathered Council, another brother nation is required to assist the attacked nation.
4. Rank in the Alliance will be determined based off of the number of wars you a nation assisted in, the amount of success gained in the battle, and a nations Diplomatic reasoning skills. (Diplomacy is as important as military tactics. The Military figts the war, diplomacy determines the terms of it's end).
ARTICLE III
The Structure of Command in the ECAA
1. The Eradicated Communist-Action Alliance (known as the ECAA) will be governed by the Supreme Gathered Council, Made of of political, and militant leaders of the joint nations of the alliance.
2. The Lower Governing Body will be the Council of Representatives (Lower Officers)
3. Council of Representative's members will be appointed by the Supreme Council, until such time as all Council members have been promoted, or resigned, after which time, all Supreme Council members will appoint their own successors. Or if the Council member dishonors the Council, alliance, or region, in which case the replacing protocol will be for any members n want of the position to hold an official election.
4. The Ministries of War, Propaganda, Foreign Affairs, and Domestic Affairs are hereby established.
5. The Supreme Council alone has the power to establish new Ministries by unanimous vote. If a unanimous vote cannot be made, the Council of Representatives will be made to vote on the matter as well, and the majority of the vote will be law.
6. The Supreme Council alone has the right to appoint Ministers. As only the President of of the Alliance has the power to swear in the new Council member.
7. Their will be three seals made for the alliance. The Supreme Council, The Council of Representatives, and the Common seal. (Further direction will be granted later with admittance).
8. The different Council members may represent the ECAA, by using the Seal of the ECAA (see top) at the top of a diplomatic message, and declaring one self a as representative of the ECAA.
12. The Supreme Council retains the right to alter the Constitution at will, once passed by a two thirds majority vote, and only after being signed by the President of the Alliance. If the President refuses to sign the new Constitution the Supreme Council members bay get the Council of Representatives to vote on it, if jointly 3/4 of the council members approve of said change, the Senior Supreme Council member may sign into law the new clause, article or amendment of the ECAA Constitution.
ARTICLE IV
Concerning State's Right's
1. All member nations, while a part of the EACC, will unconditionally submit to all rules and laws passed. This clause may be supported by the Supreme Council and/or Council of Representatives with necessary force.
2. [b]All member nations retain the right to secede from this union, with or without just cause.
