Edit: Thread closed.
I won't waste my time since @below has basically said it would be a waste of time doing it when its not complete.

Since the entire proposal is (garishly) linked to what used to be a proposal, I'm going to venture a guess and say this was deleted for illegalities already?

No, the link is just broken. The ID of the 'proposal' linked was 'commend'.

I put in the proposal "Tag".
But I removed it.
I asked the nation Im commending more info about it since I only went off what I could get at the moment.

None of the substance listed in this draft are of any consequence to the world, the WA, or the subsequent member nations therein. This nation is far too young to have done anything worth commending or condemning. No profound effect on gameplay, the world at large, the WA, etc. etc. The last commendation to pass was that of the FRF, a group that has been active for more than five years. You need a lot more world-shattering substance than what is currently present in order to get any real traction with this proposal.

Well, yeah I know, that you need a lot of information about the Nation. You need to state as many facts as you can put in there.
and you must really work it.
I've been turned down once. Why do you think I made a thread and posted what I had and I'm editing it as I add?
See I've just got replied of the further information that sadly I couldn't find in the fact books, I will read TOEO's fact books again to see what will be useful for inputing to this proposal.

That's incorrect. You need to pertinent and relevant facts that have made an impact on the world, something this nation has not done yet. Simply listing the things like what their national animal is or how their economy is doing is not something that should be the substance of a Security Council proposal. For example, read my first SC resolution. Notice all the material and how it relates to the world at large, something that this nation is simply too young to have done at this time. If you seriously want to move forward with this commendation, I suggest you read the Guide to the SC and perhaps some more previously-passed commendations to get a sense for the type of material you need in order to craft a quality proposal.

As is, this proposal will not only stagnate in the approval stage, should it even reach quorum (highly, highly unlikely), it would be voted down into oblivion. Trust me, this nation is far too young to deserve the attention of an international body like the Security Council.

...
I guess I'll wait until It's a lot bigger and older.
I know I wouldn't put in the national animal, That was just a filler(Why would I do that?) Simply I don't know!
It's late where I'm at it's 02:26(AM)
since you really need to Commend or condemn a older nation...
I don't know, all I know now is I'm tired, Night.

I don't need to commend/condemn anybody ATM. I'm just letting you know there are certain standards that SC proposals have to stand up to in order to not be ridiculed off the table or taken in the slight bit seriously by the regulars here or the approving delegates.

Oh yeah thats fine, thank you anyways for letting me know. So in the future when this nation has developed a lot more then it has now then attempt a commend, I can tell 29m citizens means its a newer nation, My nation just broke 1b, so that means its a bit older but you can tell in the forum how old a nation is.
