The country called Macca Noi, known for the hottest temperatures and violence. Since the old government fell apart when the oil wells ran dry and the forign nations buying went to other countries. The government tried the last resort buying mercenaries and invade another country to save the economy. But needless to say the attempt failed and the government collapsed when the poor citizens couldn't afford to pay taxes. Now the nation is in anarchy, the violence only amplified with the two factions, UWF (United Workers Federation) and the APR (Alliance for Popular Resistance), plus all of the mercenaries who don't get paid nor have a way out of the country. None of the factions really care about the locals, most of the time if a local annoys a faction soldier or someone with a gun, they usually shot them. Many of the farmers keep to themselves and rarely talk to outsiders or faction soldiers if they managed to stay alive. The city of Gaurdak known as the dead city was the site of mass murders of over 1,450 citizens, yet no one outside of the country knows of the violence as Macca Noi slowly drowns in it's own blood. With the officails of the old government no were to be seen except Omar Gorbechev the old minister of was who is the leader of the APR. While the UWF's leaders remain unknown. If anyone has any sense it's to avoid the country all together but I refuse to, someone needs to tell the world what's happening for good reasons my identy must be kept secret.

Most of them are simply the prefect spy: They can learn languages in weeks, have the best equipment, are agile, photographic memory, completely loyal and can easily blend in on any group.

This spies will collect information from the 2 rebellios groups. And after that, we'll deploy our defense forces to overthrow them, setting a Farf government that will later be replaced by a Macca Noin government once refounding finishes.

In conclusion, we just wanted to warn you all that we'll be at war, maybe.

This sounds alright, yet this sounds interesting. If I agree to this friendship would the UWF be able to rule Macca Noi? It looks like we would be a satalite state to your nation. The biggest problem other than money is those damned Mercs, most hadn't sided with anyone. With the boarders the way they are we can stop the arms shipments in our territory, not those in the APR territory.

Otherwise known as "The camp" a APR stronghold. The old oil well site, the dril towers made a perfect spot for snipers and RPG's. Anyone caught trespassing is shot on site no questions asked. Eight oil wells make up the outline of the camp were the infamous APR underboss Travis Macally, crooked as a screw and boarderline insane. If he doesn't like someone, even if he is a fellow soldier he doesn't hesitate to shoot him. No clear battle lines are drawn just strongholds such as "The Camp" control the areas they are in.

Some cities have cease fires in place although they are violated on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. The dead city is deep in APR territory and is the most lightly guarded.

The cease fire was violated the second time today. Both factions claim they can beat the other yet both of the groups are too chicken to declair full war, just bloody battles that end in no ground gained. But it's getting worse here, rumors of the APR getting actual military grade hardware, makes me wonder who supplies them. I am hiding in a abandoned arms factory, ironic, my best guess is that they don't have the resources to make ammo for their guns. The bus ride I took from Gyzylarbat we rough, suprising none of the factions tried to stop the bus, but they don't really bother too munch with drivers that keep to themselves. If only the roads weren't so damned bumpy, I almost toutched the ceiling once or twice. My word of advice to forigners, blend in, get worn of torn up cloaths. Most of the locals look like that except faction soldiers and mercs. The farmer I spoke to today said that it's quiet in the East, most of the fighting is in the middle of the country and the west. I have respect to the brave locals that carve out a existance, it's hard without a gun.

Spy Frantic Subotic was about to be sent to spy on Macca Noi along with other teams of spies, he was going to spy the APR, he felt nervous, it was his first mission abroad and, even though he was one of the most talented spies, he felt he wouldn't make it. Macca Noi was an anarchy, someone died every 3 seconds for the most absurd reasons, most people didn't care for the other one's life, it was hard to think of a place like that. But, hey, he was one of the best spies on Farfadillis, he just needed to be cautious.

He was worried for his friend Frank Rosedo instead. He was unexperienced and was going to be sent to this top mission too. And he wouldn't be sent to the same faction, so he wouldn't be able to protect him....

Spy Frantic Subotic, who had been sent much more time before the communicate, writing his reports about his mission against the APR. He specializes on summarrizing:

Day 1: I've blended in, it was really easy. They can't even tell their language isn't my mother tongue.
Day 2: I've met the leader, a greasy, fat man, who traffics drugs and always carries a gun.
Day 3: I've asked Farfadillis for more companions to take over the APR.
Day 4: We've started to organize the takeover, they suspect nothing.
Day 5: I think they've started suspecting, I'll kill anyone who shows evidence of it.
Day 6: Well, a few knew, they're all dead by now. The takeover will be in a week.
Day 7: The shipping with weapons has arrived, the takeover may be sooner than expected.
Day 8: A few more were killed to keep this secret, I wonder how much this will go on.
Day 9: We can't wait more, we'll attack.
Day 10: The overthrow was succesful, we killed the leader. But at what price.... Half our top spies killed and half the APR killed. I can't believe most of them didn't stop and think for a moment about the massive new recruitments. Well, it's their problem.
Day 11: We're trying to keep doing what the old leader did, hoping to eventually set peace by sending everyone on the APR to die against the Farf military....

A UWF occupied city with the recent bout with angry locals a group of 30 soldiers murdered 340 defenseless families, men, women, and children dead. Despite their efforts they didn't get the main target, the forign journalist that did a article on a website. The bodies were gathered and thrown in ditches. A few locals escaped the city, the attack secretly ordered by Ishmane Gonchev. The city was nearly destroyed in the war, many buildings are leveled to the foundations except a few houses and the local health clinic which was turned from a two story building to a one story building.

I got rumors of another mass murder in Gyzylarbat that happened, it's strange because that UWF territory, the one faction that kind of cares. I didn't get a exact number but it could be somewere in or over 300 people. They could be looking for that forign journalist."

Macca Noi's anarchist state has been brought to attention of Nu Sparta's High Council. Multiple scout forces have been sent in, heavily armed but masquerading as relief crews, to identify the best vantage points in which to send troops through. Once identifying that the east is relatively peaceful troops begin to distribute food and providing medical help while building a main forward operating base around the biggest village in the east of the country.

A quiet city, light conflicts have broken out before but it reached a new high as a group of APR soldiers attacked the city. Using 80 milimeter mortars several soldiers took the city promptly killing anyone who tried to attack including locals throwing sticks and stones at the soldiers. Another sight of human rights violations as 93 civilians were mindlessly slaughtered. A few bodies mutalated and chopped into peices. It would appear that both of the factions are trying to stamp out the local population. Nothing can describe the horror this journalist has seen. Including a older man who cried as he told me about how a group of APR soldiers murdered his whole family just because a hungrey 5 year old took a M.R.E. was tracked back to the house. "They don't have soles, they don't care who you are, fuck them over, you pay with your life." Said the Old Man. It appears that tensions are mounting between the APR and the UWF. Yet only small battles mostly between small cities, old airports, old train stations, and anything else to fight over, even over a can of corn.

While all of this is happening, Smoya sends in paratroopers, tanks and turrets to destroy the rebels. The battle was hard, because they kept sending out shells. "Fight till the end!" says the general. In reinforcement, Smoya sent in a squad of bombers. Smoya takes Merv, and lost 17 turrets. On the way back to the base in Merv, rebels were spotted. "Attack, slowly," says the general." One, two three!!",said general Todd. The UWF looked back in fear. Smoya had bazookas, and fired them at the rebels. They were nothing compared to the bazookas, so the attack that they started was a fail. Smoyan general Todd asked the military back in Smoya to send in choppers to rescue the refuges and to send in turrets, artillery, bazookas, gernades, bombers, fighters, gases, and guns to help take over. Todd didn't know that the war would be that bad, so that's why he sent in so much supplies. The army went to sleep peacefully, ready for another battles.

Nu Sparta has now sent in around a half a million troops through the eastern boarder of the country fortifying the town of Termiz as its Command HQ quickly turning it into a main operating post for the NSASF (Nu Spartan Air StrikeForce) as well as turning Gaurdak into the NSECF (Nu Spartan Elite Conscription Force) Fortified Forward Operating Base as well as setting up a perimeter of scout post to the north and south of Gaurdak stretching to the boarders. Relief and medical add is being highly supplied to these cities as well as villages within the area. Reacting fast Gonchev drews his pistol and shoots his advisor in the head.

"It's time to restructure, I want any soldier who kills a local to be killed, no questions asked." Said Gonchev.

"V-very well sir, should I have someone dispose of the body?" Said another Advisor.

"Yes. In the mean time, let's help the locals, ration food." Said Gonchev.

"Yes sir." Said another Advisor.

I thought about the offer, I accept. But it won't be easy to destroy the APR the weakness they have is they don't have any armor, aircraft, and artillery. We are the same, we got weapons, but there isn't a currentcy, only diamonds. The money system we had is so inflated it's pathetic. One U.S. dollar is worth 8,000 Yens.

[ Smoya has an ally in the war, Orson Empire] The choppers arrived at 7 in the morning with supplies and ready to take refuges. Smoya starts the day off with 2 million troops with 1000 tanks around them. Now that the border is secured, artillery and general Todd with 5 divisions heads over to Saraghs to attempt to take over the city too. At 10:00 am, the attack began. Go on youtube and watch "World in Conflict music video" That's the beginning of Smoya taking over several cities including Saraghs and Mary Tejen.
