NS Apocalypse

On the settings page it says that you can get emailed about a NS apocalypse. I just have to know 2 things. 1. has anyone ever asked about this before 2. what would an apocalypse be?

An 'apocalypse' is when your nation ceases to exist from inactivity.

The emails will warn you that your nation is close to ceasing to exist.

I just thought it had to be an event if someone was taking over your region or if NS was going down or something around those lines.
