According to a census tentatively taken by the Department of Administration several months ago it was revealed that there are several nudist nations in the world. Some of these do it according to cultural practice, others for religious reasons. The Census Bureau of the Department of the Administration is currently conducting a study on behalf of the Ministry of Culture to determine why this is. We have provided a questionnaire. We ask that the questionnaire be filled out. Non-nudist nations can of course send in information but it would be somewhat counterproductive to this study. Nations such as TurtleShroom for instance do have commerce and tourism agreements with New Edom but are so intolerant of public nudity that their data would merely be recorded as 'non nudist nation', meaning that New Edomite tourits and commercial travelers would be aware that under no circumstances can they appear nude in public and must be careful about when they can be nude in private.

Note: New Edom no longer practices compulsory nudity. Nudity is perfectly legal in all parts of New Edom, however, and some religious practitioners follow complete naturism, or Edenism, as a demonstration of humility. Many modern Edomites also wear clothing on a daily basis, increasingly, as most of New Edom's trading partners wear clothing to do business and recreation.

Of course if PPE is required in the lab or in whatever workplace it must be worn, likewise for individuals in positions it would be unsuitable to go nude (such as an ambassador meeting a foreign dignitary) there will typically be dress codes. As above though, generally most citizens still elect to be clothed at work (though in some areas, such as artistic fields, nudism is much more common in the work place)

Does your nation's culture encourage nudism? If so please explain. Yes, since it has so far allowed all public peaches to stay flesh-friendly. Nudity is seen as a natural thing by most people. Does your nation's culture encourage nudism? If so please explain. Yes and no. Yes if the nudist practice is for scientific study (of the body, how it reacts to elements, etc) and no if its just for the heck of it (we don't discourage it, we just don't encourage it for no reason).
Is nudism compulsory in your country under any circumstances? If so please explain Yes, for all students in our biology classes. Allows students to rid themselves of the shame they may have with their bodies as well as study the human body more hands-on (we regulate this to prevent molestation/abuse).

Nudist implants have been invented to make the body more resistant to bodily harm, extreme changes in the environment, and to generally reduce the amount of dirt absorbed by the body when nude.

Does your nation widely practice nudism? If so please explain the manner in which it does Not nudism per se, but more so the fact that it is completely legal to be nude anywhere in the nation unless stated otherwise. All public beaches/pools and public parks are clothing optional.

Swimming nude is the norm and bathing suits are seen as frivolous, approximately 90% of people all swim nude including in pools and beaches. Nudity is common and is completely fine on television even on child friendly programs, nudity is not considered sexual or taboo in Arkiasis, we see it as healthy for children to learn that the human body isn't anything to be ashamed about. And many cities also host a nude parade and celebration once a year, some people paint themselves up in body art for these parades as well.

On beaches people are advised to apply sun screen to protect themselves and many places in the nation have hand sanitizers such as buildings and public transportation. However being nude around the city is seen as odd and an inappropriate situation to do so, in everyday life people prefer to wear clothes for comfort and hygienic purposes. When it's cold of course everyone is wearing clothes, unless you purposely want to freeze.

Ponies are fairly hardy creatures, and we don't mind extremes in weather or temperature the way humans do. Does your nation merely widely tolerate nudism? It's never really been taboo in Threlizdunian society. For many it is convenient at certain times, others find it comfortable, and a rather fair amount practice it as a lifestyle choice.

If so please explain the manner in which it does Nudism is extremely common when at the beach, lakes, pools, or other environments in which swimming is common. Participating in athletics and exercise in the nude is fairly common as well. As stated previously, some Threlizdunians are devoted nudists, and forgo clothing in almost all circumstances.

Very few citizens have any particular problem with conducting their business naked, semi-naked, or clad only in paint.
