Northern Bavungria, day 1
People's Dictator Rezerak Qwern's plans were falling into place. He had little to no resistance to his revolution in his nation and now he was going to conduct operation Read Beacon in several banana republics that surrounded Northern Bavungria. He had already begun secretly funding communist parties of these banana republics when he first came to office about a year ago. He gave them money, weapons and most importantly ideological training. This was important because if one of the communist groups he supported came to power they would have undying loyalty to him due to ideology. Plus there economies were nothing compared to his and he wished to absorb them as a part of Northern Bavungria via making them satellite states. Now it was time to set the plan in motion.
The secretive People's Commissar of National Defense was waiting outside of the Red Office where Qwern was sitting and waiting. He knocked on the door twice and entered. He looked at Qwern, the one who gave him the right to do everything he has done and did which Lore would never allow. However he enjoyed the power and the spy games and executions. It was as if he were playing chess. Now he could use his forces and resources usefully instead of idling away.
Qwern looked at the man with a sense of respect. However he wish to get this short meeting over with and get to his usual amusement of the day.
"So is it ready?"
"Yes sir. We have been able to donate many of our AK-47's to the Larusian Workers Party due to CTANLH's donation of the better AK-47."
"Good, good. Are they trained and ready? Will they show loyalty once they win?"
"Yes sir. We have several agents inside Larus now to ensure that and we have ideologically brainwashed there leadership to you specific communist model sir."
"Excellent. When shall it begin?"
"Later today."
"Good. Now please leave i have other business to attend to."
Larus, Capital Yurvisk
Larus was a small slavic nation with a population of 5 million. Most of it's population were staunch Catholics which meant religion played a major part in ordinary lives and government. However Larus was a banana republic. It's main export was agricultural goods but this was a problem because one of Northern Bavungria's main export was agricultural crops. Also Northern Bavungria was more recognized in the international community and basically crashed Larus's economy because they were a tough competitor. Now the once decent Republic of Larus is a corrupt bankrupt nation. Before when Heduk Lore was in power Northern Bavungria would buy all of Larus's crops to sell to aid them. They would also give them aid packages and the like. Larus was stable back then.
Then when Rezerak Qwern won the elections and his party's was the largest in the National People's Assembly it all changed. The Northern Bavungrian-Larus trade agreement was cut off. Larus's economy faltered and corruption became prevalent. Larus became a third-world nation with no help from anyone. However it would soon change.
At the Larusian Workers Party several men were looking at the map of the capital. They had Northern Bavungrian AK-47's over there shoulders. They stood staring at one particular individual. This man did not look like the others. He did not have baggy factory pants, raggy coats, old worn boots nor ragged gloves. Most importantly he did not have a red arm band on his left shoulder with a yellow hammer and sickle on it. The man was a Northern Bavungrian agent in a semi-formal suit. He was the main instructor for the LWA. He told them where to go to get there weapon shipments. He taught them how to fight and discipline. He taught them the specific ideology of Qwern and gave them little red books. He was the chief of this operation. The agent pointed to three different places on the map.
"Now first of all we need to hit the police station and the army base. The presidential palace will be a secondary target. That means i want three regiments attacking the police station, four regiments attacking the army base and two regiments attacking the presidential palace. The rest of the teams should go around securing the town and act as reserve units. Got it?"
The Larusian commanders looked at there chief and nodded. No one had any questions. Everyone was prepared to die for a better life. Sure they were trained and equipped by Northern Bavungria but they were not given new clothes, nor better wages from the Northern Bavungrian's. Now they needed to assert themselves and use everything the Northern Bavungrian's gave them to bring about the revolution. The time was now.
The armed men left the room. The LWP had 20 units composed of 50 soldiers each. However only 12 of them were in the city and the rest were undercover in the countryside just in case Yurvisk could not be captured. The commanders went to different buildings in the city. Many were abandoned factories and food processing plants which were used to hide the units until now. The red horde was unleashed.
It was quite and depressing in Yurvisk. The once lively happy city was now dull and grey. The once busy streets were now empty and barren save for a few cars owned by the corrupt. The streets were once filled with trucks which imported and exported items to and form Northern Bavungria. However now it was barren. Beggars were present on the street. The police did not care about this. One police officer walked out of the police station just to beat up an old beggar. He started to kick this man brutally and cursed at him. Suddenly someone yelled "Get away from him you fascist asshole!" The police officer was confused. People were supposed to be scared of him. He could send him to prison or kill him and the government would not care as long as he ensured no one tried to mess with the government. He turned around to yell at the person and threaten to kill him. Then he saw it.
150 hundred LWP soldiers were walking down the street. They were all dressed like poor people but instead of them trying to beat him up with there fists they had weapons. The man who yelled at him was in front of the massive force. He yelled "Get out of the way comrade!" The beggar on the ground crawled away into an alleyway. The police officer was going to ask where he was going bu then several shots from an AK-47 penetrated his chest. His lungs were being filled with blood and he could not talk. He fell to the floor. Suddenly other police officers noticed what was going on. They grabbed there AK-47's and started to shoot at the LWP from the police station. Windows shattered and several revolutionary soldiers died.
"Get to cover" yelled the commander. Several shops were broken into and abandoned buildings were broken into. Other soldiers hid in alleyways. Others tipped over vehicles and garbage to make some sort of barrier. Then they exchanged fire. One barber shop used by the police was broken into. The barber yelled "Please don't shoot me. Oh god please." There were several shocked policemen waiting for a haircut in the barber. "You are a traitor. You never used your ill-earned money to help any other comrade save yourself." Then several men opened fire. The shop was light up with sound, smoke and light all coming from the weapons of the revolutionaries. The bodies fell to the floor, spilling blood everywhere. The bodies were then moved to the back while other soldiers hid behind cover to return fire at the police held up in the police station.
The police officers were outgunned and surprised. They were overwhelmed, the police station was being filled with bullet holes, causing papers to fly in the air, windows to chatter and bodies to hit the floor as they screamed in pain. Several police officers yelled "We give up." LWA soldiers ran in to apprehend the officers. The place was looted of weapons and cash in the name of the people.
The fiver officers who surrendered asked if they could bring some of there wounded officers to the hospital. There request was denied. The wounded officer who lay inside the police station were shot several times to ensure that they were dead. The surviving officers looked at there fellow co-workers with horror. What would these communist fanatics due to them? The five police officers where then lined up and made to sit on there knees. There hands were tied behind there backs.
"Comrades. Come come and see. The LWA have taken this street and it is officially a part of the People's Republic of Larus!"
Many were already disturbed and stopped working due to the massive amount of gunfire. The beaten beggar came out from the alleyway. He was aided by the revolutionaries and given food and water stolen from the police station. Then there was a large crowd around the police officers. Then the orator spoke.
"Comrades. Here are five fascist traitors. The workers must know this and understand the punishment for abusing the people in the People's Republic of Larus."
Five soldier went up in front of the five police officers, wielding there AK's and pointing it at them. The police officers pleaded for mercy. They offered money, intelligence, allegiance they even offered there wives to the LWA soldiers. the soldiers did not flinch at the cries of the officers. They were immune, too many injustices performed by the police made them hate them and there ideological training solidified there focus on the cause. The crowd was in shock. This looked like something the current government would do. God would judge them in hell, they should not be murdered now they should be sent to prison thought most of the crowd. However a minority of the crowd believed this was the answer. Then before further a due the gunshots were heard and the bodies fell to the floor, each with one shell in the head. This was the start of the Larusian Incident.
