In the final step toward absolute matriarchy, a new law has proclaimed all men to be slaves of women, and property of the State. Henceforth, those men who do not submit to branding and collaring will be killed on the spot. All those who do will be assigned a "task-mistress" to temporarily take custody of them. The role of men is now the following: breeding, manual labor, and rearing boys to be good slaves for the Militaristic Matriarchy.

The Supreme Matriarch, Air Marshal Tracy Linton, has forbidden all men to leave the country on pain of crucifixion. She has also issued an ultimatum to New Lintonian, demanding the adoption of similar policies, including the immediate resignation of all male leaders, or else she will declare war with her "sister state to establish the power of her sisters in New Lintonian." They have 24 hours to do so.

Infact, Empress Satagusta thought it was about time that men had became a servant of the female population, as for so long, men had been solely controlled and harmed women for their own personal gains. With this said, the people of Ravenna and Rome had begun parades in celebrations of this.

Though, the Imperial Senator's opinion, she strongly opposed this, despite being a female herself. Accepting equality, Senator Belphegor spoke out in a conference in Thessaloniki about the situation. "...even though this is a major step for women." she said while breathing in. "The one thing that is not understood by the human race, is that men are known for their strength, and women are known for their intelligence. Though, there are men who are infact, intelligent, and women who are infact strong. Bringing them together can create a difference, but enslaving them is not the way to go.
