The Security Council,

HEREBY RECOGNIZES that District 10 has recently been invaded by Eist,

SHOCKED that Eist arrived and stole power by utilizing the endorsements of their colleagues,

RECOGNIZING that on June 27, 2012, that three friendly nations were ejected by Eist,

REALIZING that if action is not taken to remove Eist from power, District 10 will not survive,

BELIEVING that by liberating District 10, all ejected nations and more nations will move to District 10, and the region will prosper once again,

HEREBY liberates District 10.

A liberation just gets rid of any passwords on a region. For this, I think you may need to condemn Eist instead (if you can do that - i'm not sure if you can condemn nations in the WA).

D10 has no password, so Liberation is pointless.

A condemnation would do nothing, either, just like a Liberation. I suggest you go read the Guide to the Security Council before posting any further. It will help sort out a lot of your confusion.

I just decided to contact my old region and asked them to send more WA members to liberate the region by endorsing me. I will restore order.

I want you to understand this: as Fischistan, a prominent captain of the United Defenders' League, has told you, it was a detagging operation carried out by the good guys. What we do is, we come in and remove raider WFEs from regions that have few (or no) raiders in them, but still retain the scars of their assault. Essentially? You WERE liberated. Standby for native control to be returned. We'll leave as soon as we're sure the raiders won't come back. By the way, making a fuss about it is more likely to invite a raider counterattack, turning your region into a temporary warzone.

I don't want to sound like an ass, but Archangel Magistrate asked multiple times what detagging even meant, no need to be snarky. He can't be blamed for not knowing what a detag operation is. Both of you have been rather unhelpful (notwithstanding Neo-Arcad actually explaining what he was talking about), so don't shun Archangel Magistrate for asking questions or being confused.

Just to clarify: the former raider Delegate was already ejected from the WA for rules violations (along with his endorsers). While I haven't done any research into what the old WFE looked like, I imagine that Eist and company did so, and restored it to pre-invasion status.

What does that even mean? I've never heard that term used.

A detag is a common term used by anyone who knows about the raider/defender game. When a region is raided, the invaders usually change the worldfactbook entry and leave their puppets in the region to gain influence so they can do more damage in the future. Defenders come through at the next update after the invaders are gone and 'detag' the region, meaning they take the invader 'tags' out of the worldfactbook entry and put up the old entry from before the invasion if they can find a copy in a cache somehwere. Also, they remove any invader puppets to prevent influence camping.

Eist is a known defender with 10000 Islands and I would assume so were all his endorsers.
