OOC: plus, even in a real court of law, a jury could certainly overlook a couple of minor wounds in the face of the crimes blanco committed, especially since no information was gained as a result of this. the only way this would have really worked to his advantage is if blanco had in fact confessed to something as a result of the torture, in that case all of that evidence would be thrown out of court. however, since he didnt admit to anything under duress, this will probably have no effect on Blanco's trial. the only thing that could happen is that some of the nations involved could choose to try Fatima for what she did, but this isnt going to help blanco out. RL example, i guarantee you when they try khaled sheik mohammed, his bitch ass will be convicted even if the US tortured him

OOC- Jakra's Security Court Circuit(SCC) doesn't care about torture (as long as one of their judges was present as an observer) and that is where Blanco is being tried. Also, SCC records are sealed until the convict (Blanco's death) or 25 years after trial if they aren't convicted ( almost never happens) so the WA will never hear about it. Finally Jakra doesn't negotiate with terrorists, we smoke them out of their hidey holes with superior American Jakran firepower (guess who said that)

IC- Mitchell opened the door and saw a weeping Fatima, and a screaming Blanco. Michell went over to Fatima, and comforted her as best he could, by letting her cry onto his shoulder. A tatic which always worked with his wife. Mitchell made several hand gestures to the MPs about Blanco, which basically translated meant: Shut the asshole up and get him out of here, a rather large hispanic MP complied by punching Blanco across the face, then an addtional 3 MPs came up and the 4 carted him away still handcuffed to the chair. Mitchell called Eremy over to him and told him to wake up one of KUAFOR's psychologists to help Fatima calm down and then deal with her problem over Blanco. Finally, as she continued to weep on his BDUs Mitchell gently eased Fatima's knife from her hand and passedon to an MP.

OOC- Jakra, why the hell is it being held in your court. You can't just go and decide that yourself. You would need to hold an election between the nations in the CAFOR to see where and under what rules Blanco would be tried since it isn't just Jakra's forces fighting or capturing him. And I already told you, I could challenge the court ruling and eventually being it up to a WA court which you'd have to allow since you are in the WA. yes, but like i said, since no confession or evidence was obtained the torture is irrelevant. thats like saying that everyone that gets roughed by the cops will beat their case, which of course is not true. it will only get evidence thrown out of court if you can prove that the prosecution obtained the evidence or a confession as a direct result of the torture or abuse, and that is not the case for blanco. so the most blanco would get out of showing the torture would be maybe some sympathy but that would certainly be canceled out by what he did

Mitchell led Fatima back to her stateroom where one of KUAFOR's psychologists was waiting, as he left them his face hardened with rage at the damn terrorist cu*t who drove such a sweet young woman to the edge of sanity. As he walked down the hall twoard Blanco's holding cell Eremy ran up, "Sir, it's arrived" he reported trying to keep up with Mitchell's long strides. "What's hear?" Mitchell asked still raging at Blanco, "A liter of sodium pethanol, direct from the FSF lab" he reminded Mitchell. "Good, now that bastard won't whine about torture anymore and we can send the specialists home. Mitchell had requested the Sodium Pethanol as soon as Blanco was capture, but it took time to make and the higher ups wanted Blanco's intelligence before any possible war criminals escaped Masuru (Blanco was captured before the Ring of Steel was up and functioning). "Send it and Blanco to the infirmary, have the doctor tell him it's anti-biotics for the wound and that he won't be tortured so he relaxes*" Mitchell ordered. "Yes, sir" Eremy replied and then sprinted twoards the infirmary. Mitchell decided he needed to relax, he headed back to his office for some booze and a nap.

*Clarification OOC- Blanco will be put in the infirmary and treated, but his medicine will be the SP and he will be interrogatd while under the drugs, he is told he won't be tortured so he will relax his mind and it will be be easier to explore.

IC- Blanco saw what he was doing to these people. (I hate emotions ). As Blanco thought more and more, the 10 Commandments called for no killing, especially of their own brothers. Blanco decided he would talk once he was tortured, make it seem he cracked under pressure (got keep up a rep). As soon as he thought of this he realized, what was the point of confessing, he couldn't take back the damage he had done. He started this business to get revenge, which is what he still intended to do. He would confess under torture, making this obsolete evidence to the WA, go and kill the rest of the Sahen, possibly by destroying the whole town, and then turn himself in.

OOC- Jakra, so lucky, I thought about busting out the 'Treat Thy Body Like A Temple' and not let you give me the shots, however, he won't confess with the help of the Sodium-whatever because he's already as cool as a cucumber and as for Telvaria, he's an angry Muslim. That's my excuse for no confession, or would you like me to mod that so the evidence is not usable?

There are concerns from the Executive Administrator, much of his Cabinet, and other Party officials that a satisfactory conclusion to the Blanco affair will not be reached; namely, the death of this Enemy of the State. Should the United Federation of Sovereign Countries fail to convict Blanco, and if our government's attempts to put this terrorist on trail in our country are unsuccessful, you are instructed to target Blanco for termination. Under no circumstances should this criminal be allowed to walk as a free man; the world must not recieve the message that the Coruscanti Dominion's enemies will not suffer the consequences of defying our State and its Eternal Leader.

OOC- Mental pressure genius! He will be normally interrogated while under the SP (which puts the interrogatee under mental stress) so it will work with im spilling his guts and ending this stupid debate!

IC- Mitchell wokae up around 2 hours after he had went to his office (last IC post), he got up and decided to check on Fatima, then that Blanco bastard. He took a shower in his stateroom then donned a clean set of CAFOR BDUs (Olive base, with black accents, and the UFSC flag on one shoulder and his national flag the other). Finally, he grabbed his sidearm, cell phone and radio and headed over to Fatima's room. (Italia, you're up)

They sat down in the stateroom's living room (Jakran Officers have sweet digs) "Well Fatima, I have good news" Mitchell began "You're papers and passport arrived from Italia, so we can legally send you home". Mitchell paused to hear her response, "But when you get home I want you to see a psychatrist, the CAFOR one you meet here said you have tremendous hatred and emotion built up around Blanco." Mitchell paused again to make sure Fatima didn't flip out again hearing about Blanco.
"This she be our last goodbye Fatima" Mitchell said as he began his farewell "You'll be evacuated on the first flight out tomorrow morning. That should end your little nightmare in Kuroma, you'll return home and recieve psychiatric treatment and Blanco will either go to jail or be executed for Crimes against humanity... I wish you the best Fatima" Mitchell started as he stood up " And I personally admire your courage and resiliency to difficult situations like this. Farewell" Mitchell courteously shook hands and left headed for the Secure Prison Unit and Blanco.

IC-Telviran troops were now basically unneeded. The KFF had control, and the Telvirans could be used elsewhere. So bit by bit, the 13th Royal Marine Brigade was withdrawn. A squadron of Tornado attack aircraft was left behind to provide air support until the KFF got their own air force.

IC- Blanco had been feeling different, not in control of himself, ever since they gave him his antibiotics. He felt weaker, mentally, he couldn't think for himself anymore. Now, he waited, waited for the inevitable to come.

Mitchell passed through 2 security checkpoints when entering the Secure Prison Unit, he only flashed his ID and a smile as the MPs let him pass. Mitchell went into the infirmary's observation room (almost every room in the SPU has an observing room), from behind the one way glass Mitchell saw Blanco hadcuffed to a hospital bed in the middle of the ward, two burly MPs flanking his bed, and several doctors and nurses nearby doing paperwork or observing Blanco's vitals. "He under the SP yet?" Mitchell asked the Jakran Federal Judge from the SCC (security Court Circuit), "Yes but, the specialist said wait a full 30 minutes after putting him on a IV of it to let him soak it up" The judge jerked his thumb twoards the SP specialist dressed as a doctor in the ward, apparently he was engrossed by Blanco's EEG readings (brain- wave patterns). "Can we go yet?" Mitchell asked 10 dull minutes later to the specialist over his earwig, the specialist gave a subtle nod. Mitchell nodded to the FSF(Federal Security Force) interrogater in the room, who then entered the infirmary dressed in a black 2 piece suit. The MPs in the room had ben briefed, for interrogation to be effective the subject had to be isolated with the interrogator, the MPs drew the ceiling mounted curtains on Blanco's sides. That way hey couldn't see the MPs or mediacl staff on the sides of the room, only the interrogator.

OOC- I don't have the patience to do this IC so here we go, the interrogator will mock Blanco as a failure to Muslims and Jiszu by not cleansing all the Shaen. (The interrogator is also black and will speak in a Jiszu accent). He will then mock Blanco buy saying if Blanco could get out he would have no friends left, no weapons, and no home. Finally, he will mock Blanco by summarizing everything he just said and calling him a filthy Sahen weed. Blanco should spill his guts trying to defend his pride, to what he thinks is a fellow Jiszu, and his response to each insult will be recorded by hidden micro phones and cameras. Blanco will be convinced the interrogator is Jiszu because he is Black, has Jiszu features and speaks their accent, also he'll forget he's in the hospital prison because the isolation tactic.

IC- Blanco is immensly angry, but what can he do. They are right. He admits to having tried to kill all Sahen in Kuroma, and then fires back saying that they never fought to help the cause. He immidieatly sees what they are wearing and stops. However, with further coaxing, Blanco goes off and almost breaks the restriants in sheer anger. However, he never revieles anything about a weapon cache for has not a one, nor does he reveal any information about other Jiszu leaders because his interogators never pressured him in that subject.

OOC-I did pressure him on names (the no friends/ allies thing), but screw it because this thread is almost over and now I will end it.

IC-Mitchell heard Blanco's confession from behind the screen and one way glass, as did the SCC judge. The judge signed his approval on Blanco's interrogation (basically Blanco had not been tortured into his confession, SP is not torture in Jakra) waiver, Blanco's confession were also backed up by audio and video feeds of him in his bed admitting it (hidden cameras and mics behind the screen watching Blanco). Mitchell gave a sigh of relief. Blanco's time in Kuroma was almost over, the KFF had signed his extradition papers and those of the other war criminals (coup generals, their aides, etc. All of whom I assume Telvira handed over to CAFOR when they left). Most of the war criminals were to be tried in Jakra (since Kuroma's legal system was destroyed) the trials would be taped and sent back to Kuroma for the KFF to distribute later on. Mitchell meandered back to his quarters and started packing hi possesions, like Blanco his time in Kuroma was nearly over. He would be relieved tomorrow as Jakran Col. Alexander Stone arrived with a FSMC (Federal States Marine Corps) battalion to relieve the weary Jakran contingent of KUAFOR. Mitchell would ride home with Eremy and his staff aborad a JNAF (Jakran National Airforce) Learjet.

6:00AM the next morning
The hand over ceremony was brief and efficient, Mitchell shook hands with Stone as he got off the Learjet and Mitchell got on, Mitchell then feel into one of the leather covered, heated seats and started a game of Texas Hold Em as the plane took off. Across the airstrip Blanco was signed over from FSMC Military Police Custody, into FSF and FMS (Federal Marshal Service) custody along with 15 other war criminals. They were loaded into a modified Boeing-707 modified for prisoner transport, the plane would be escorted by 6 JNAF F-35s all the way to Ft. McDonald (Jakra's high security military prison).

Today, the Dominion of Coruscant is proud to announce the death of Blanco, notorious Enemy of the State, who was successfully convicted for crimes of terrorism and genocide. The cause of Blanco's death is reported to be AIDS; a fate most deserving for this murderer. May this be a message to all others who dare defy our pround and mighty nation.

In addition, Coruscant acknowledges the contributions of those Sahen who chose to serve our Dominion and follow the principles of IMPFAC. They serve as a proud example for all Coruscanti citizens to live by. As for Kuroma itself, our government is proud to declare that IMPFAC is sweeping the nation thanks to sacrifice made by Ambassador Conan Haughey; may he forever be a hero for our mighty Dominion and the Party. The rest of the world praises us for our unquestionable courage.
