They can do whatever they want. Allthough its usually different species. We have hundreds of species in our nation, and Ellen Scott, our tertiary president, is said to have bedded all of them, plus some.

Anyone and anything can have a legal relationship in the Greater Pony Herd. That said, such human-pony relationships are exceedingly rare, if existant at all, as we have a negligibly small human population and most ponies aren't exactly into homo sapiens sapiens.

We have no such problems, they can marry if they wish. The small number of ponies within our nation prevents this from being a serious concern, but we're a tolerant people so we don't really care who loves who.

We don't have any sapient ponies in the Empire. The only kind of ponies here are the regular kind with the intelligence of any other kind of horse. As such, it would be considered beastiality, a subset of rape, and the perpetrator executed via sacrifice.

If we did have sapient ponies... well, the government isn't particularly interested in the romance lives of its citizens, provided all parties are consenting.

In our nation, this sort of thing is utterly, and completely, frowned upon, to the point that it is illegal. If this sort of thing did happen, the dreaded SP will come down upon them like lightning in a terrible storm. The Human would be shot right in the head by typically a fellow Human (with a .45 pistol typically) while the Pony would be taken to the nearest SP Headquarters and beaten a bit before having his/her mind altered so that they wouldn't remember what happened and prefer solely fellow Ponies.

It may be harsh, but sometimes, one must take harsh measures to ensure the stability and civilized nature of their nation.

It is a delicate situation. Equines and people are allowed to love one another, but adopting children is forbidden between different races. Orcs and Humans can conceive between one another, but the offspring are often sterile, so it is discouraged. All races are allowed to marry one another though.

Actually allowed, which would shock foreigners considering our views on homosexuality and pre-marital sex. Sapient ponies are considered to be "holy creatures" and are immune from most if not all of our laws. It would be seen as highly unusual despite not being forbidden.
