Just as it says on the tin really, anybody interested in participating should post their intentions of competing below. I will aim to start with 8 maybe 16 teams in a knock out format (depending on interest.) Don't be put of by the fact we have no human rights and an economy based on beef.
NB: this is going to be based on soccer or European football, just for clarification.
