To: The Imperial Council of the Grand Empire
From: Fulvia Tessarus, Ministress of Foreign Affairs of Tedoka
Subject: RE: EmbassiesGreetings,
The Kingdom would like to thank the Grand Empire of Xanixi for sending us its Diplomatic Mission Application. And, while we see it as a non-issue, we gladly accept the Empire's apology. On our part, we would also ask for pardon for our lengthy delay in responding to your inquiry regarding our Embassy Application in your nation.
It is a great pleasure to announce that your application is accepted. The new diplomatic mission shall be located at 3 Via Reservare, Legatopolis. We await the specifications of the building that will be constructed on the plot. At the meantime, a provisional structure will be provided that will suit your needs and requirements.
The Kingdom is deeply honored to welcome the appointed ambassador Harvey Button and all of the staff who will come with him. Gifts of appreciation will be given to them upon the formal opening of the embassy as a token of gratitude and goodwill in the establishment of diplomatic relations. As the hosting nation, the Kingdom is more than willing to cover any and all medical expenses incurred by Mr. Button, in accordance to standard policies as implemented.
The King, after close counsel with certain Ministers, including myself, has personally given a special exemption for the Grand Empire to allow storage of its military-grade assault rifles at the armory, provided that:
- At least two Civil Guards will watch over the armory edifice at all times, in addition to Imperial guards that will be tasked for its protection;
- The Empire will notify the Kingdom of any use of any and all military-grade equipment outside of emergencies; and
- The Kingdom reserves the right to confiscate and destroy all of the aforementioned equipment owned by the Empire and present in the Kingdom's territory, which includes the Embassy building, if any unauthorized use especially such acts that will cause damage to persons and property regarding any of these equipment occurs .
We apologize in advance if the Empire deems our terms as unjust, but we believe that such measures are best suited for the safety and security of the civilian population living in the Kingdom. We, however, are willing to discuss any amendments.
The Kingdom expresses its confidence on the continual development and growth of the diplomatic bond between the parties involved. May this lead to closer cooperation and collaboration with each other.
Sincerely,
Ministress of Foreign Affairs
